Hello All,I've been drinking 1-2 tsp. of organic ACV in a 16 oz. bottle of water everyday for 3 months now and I have not lost any weight. I exercise 5-6 days a week (run/walk 3 miles a day) and I've been watching my food intake using a food journal. I have lost inches from the exercise but my weight has stayed the same so far. I will continue to drink the ACV and water because of the many health benefits associated with it. Unfortunately weight loss has not been one of those benefits for me.

I, myself have been using ACV for 2 months. My skin looks healthier, but no weight loss. I am a little bit dissappointed. I wonder if I am doing it wrong. I have been drinking it throughout the day, 1 tablespoon and honey with 16 oz of water. I need to lose abouth 30lbs. I know I have to be patient. But already after 2 months, without any lb lost. Anybody has a different result? Your respond is appreciate.

I am beginning to wonder if ACV for weightloss is only successful for overweight individuals? I am about average but could afford to lose a few pounds and have been taking ACV in H20 as this site suggests for about a month and haven't seen any results. Suggestions?
