30 minutes before a meal prepare and consume the apple cider vinegar tonic. Ideally, will finish the tonic before meals start, but if not, just finish it up with the meal. At first, try using this tonic before two of meals each day.

A common dose is a total of 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar each day. Some people take up to 2 Tablespoons a day by putting a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in each glass of water they consume each day, or by adding a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to each 12 ounce glass of water.
