âI have arthritis in my lower back and suffer from sciatica nerve pain. I was in extreme pain and don't like taking pain meds subscribe by my doctor. I was searching on YouTube for natural remedies and came across a older gentleman that used powder moringa for relief. I ordered some from Amazon. I make my own capsules and take them faithfully. I slacked for a month or so and the pain returned with a vengeance. Let's just say that I won't do that again. It works wonders!
