Wow, is all I have to say. I really didn't expect that. I expected to wake up and have no change and have to take more to feel anything. I will certainly continue this daily. I drive a tour bus and will make sure to take ACV with me on the road. I guess it is like an apple a day....thanks

Worse gout attack since first time and extremely painful (left big toe, or more like foot!), and cherries and medicines didn't cure it this time (worked before). ACV 2 Tbsp 2x/day with juice worked very well, 90% improvement quite quickly (about 3-4 days) and removed the intense pain and swelling, and could walk 85% fine (kinda limp a bit) again...
However, it's been more than a week since that "big improvement" and I continue taking the ACV, yet there seems to be very little improvement since then, and it's still 5 to 10% painful/immobilized, and still cannot "fully" bend my toe (although before I couldn't bend it at all, couldn't even touch it).
Any comments? =0

It's tough to pinpoint what works and what doesn't with gout. Remedies may work enough to release extra stored uric acid in your body, actually increasing pain or swelling for a time. When I don't catch an attack in time, no combination of medications and cures is enough could stop an attack.
Through this site I did try Apple Cider Vinegar for the first time, and while I can't say that it is a cure (based on the paragraph above), I did feel actual tingling in my sore ankle the first two times I took 2 teaspoons--something I've never felt before. I'm going to try ACV gel capsules, along with my usual Allopurinol, C, and Milk Thistle (helps heal the kidneys) as my daily vita regimen.
Last, stay away from aspirin! Bad. I'm certain that my overuse of Excedrin (love that caffeine) helped lead to gout.
