Man Guy (Edmonton, AB) on 07/30/2009:
Well, what a bloody nightmare!
One day im watching Tv and i notice some small bumps around the bottom of the shaft of my penis, at first i was under the impression they were moles because i told my girl friend right away and of course she told me not to worry about it. So after about a month of going freaking nuts thinking about it i decided it was time to be a man, bite the bullet, and go see the doctor. So into the room i go drop the pants and the doctor tells me "You got warts", im like WTF you have to be joking me. So naturally i ask how can i cure this, and so non chalantly he proceeds to tell me that there IS NO CURE and passed me a double sided black and white print out about HPV and GW's printed in 1995, yes 14 years ago, thats their up to date information they hand diagnosed patients....
So this is where everything completely fell apart for me. I told my girlfriend i had seen the doctor and what he told me, he really emphasized how i could end up killing my girlfriend with this condition, pretty well the doctor made me feel like a complete scum bag and made me want to die . My girlfriend was understand at the start.
2 Months go by
I lose my job, my good friend commites suicide/ hand full of other people die, my father goes to jail, im about to move into my girlfriends house but she decides to leave me for someone else right before i do. I am completely utterly alone. I spent along time considering suicide and i know its not the answer but sometimes the mind can only take so many consecutive blows and i felt so dirty and ashamed of myself, there was NO ONE i could talk too i felt so damn hopeless. I spent along time hating the world and despised this girl who gave hpv to me then left as soon as the gig was up, I knew i had done bad things in the past but the last 4 years i have become a new person but now it seems i was paying for everything ten fold.
I searched the internet and bought a guide called "the genital wart report" which consists of 13 pages or so on information about HPV, its about 13 bucks. It talked about the castor oil + baking soda approach as working the best. I tried it for about 2 months but had no effect on me, and the baking soda just hurt like hell and didnt produce any nice results. So after that i bought a product called "wart no more" and was excited because it was all natural, the site has alot of information on it about hpv so i bought the product, 85 bucks for a tiny little tinicture of oil it lasted about 1 month and didnt do the job.
ONCE AGAIN i was dissapointed and in the dumps.
So i got back to the clinic to have it frozen off using liquid nitrogen. For all of you who have done this method, you KNOW that it is incredibly embarrasing, painful, and traumatizing. Come back in 14 days sir and do it again.
I swear at this point the darkest thoughts went through my head. Nothing bloody worked I was so upset.
So another month went by and i decided one more time to look on the internet for how to warts. I came across this site mabey god wanted me to find it or something, because i found it on like 2kb's of stolen wireless internet.
I read the ACV technique and said hell why not, ill try anything.
SO here is my technique i used:
1$ package of medical gauze
1 7$ bottle of ACV (all natural stuff i found at the health store)
1 pack of Band-Aids
1 bottle of aloe vera
1 Bottle of VIT E oil
1 bottle Tea tree oil
1 small cup
1 set of tweezers
+ I have also been taking products called "Cell Food". Kyolic (not positive on the spelling but it is a good immune booster) and Thooja homeopathic therapy tablets to try and combat the HPV virus.
So this is the method i came up with after some trial n error
small splash of ACV into the cup
about an inch or 2 of gauze folded into a little patch
tweezer to drop guaze into cup of ACV
readied bandaid in correct spot
ring out excessive ACV from gauze
place patch of gauze over warts and seal band aid.
I did this for 4 hours durations 2-3 times a day
after the first time the warts turned white as well as lots of the rest of skin (not warts) from the band aid.
second day the warts turns ugly yellowish grey, then later that day black, then one of them actually fell off
3rd day was kinda of over kill but i wanted the job done, it stung like a mofo, but try to get one some pleasure from the pain knowing that your actually killing the warts. They had all turned black at this point and the skin surrounding my skin had become sensitive and red, i highly suggest NOT getting super adhesive band aids and just normal ones for you skins sake.
After the third day i stopped the ACV treatment and began the healing process. Where the ACV was had become a huge scab and truly looked like i had leprosy or something on my penis, scary stuff but you have to tough it out and pay no attention to it, or youll go nuts lol.
I made a little solution to hydrate and sooth the ACV area consisting of 1 tb spoon aloe 1 teaspoon Vit E oil, 3-4 drops of Tea tree oil, take a spoon n whisk it in a cup till it becomes a light green paste and apply gently. I found the tea tree oil VERY soothing after the burning from the ACV. It took 7 full days from start to finish for the scab to fall off, do no pick though or you will scar, just continue to add vit E oil or the full on paste a few times a day.
So far as i write this (3 weeks later) my gw appear to be gone and just some light pink skin remains.
THIS METHOD out of anything i have tried WORKED. NO embarrasing trip to the clinic, NO pricey BS internet topical, NO pain and torture compared to having liquid nitrogen on my package.
It ENRAGES me that the medical industry purposely holds back information to the average person, the bloody doctor could have just told me to get some Acv drop that on a few times a day n boom no more warts, but where would the profit in that be. Its truly sickening that they have made a world wide business out of your sickness. GOD BLESS sites such as this that give free information to an information starved populous, this is all the ranting i will do on the subject act far as the fda n medical industry simply in respect to this site.
DO this technique today, i would never have spent an hour typing this out if it was a lie.
This saved my mental health do it, do it now!
God bless

1. ACV
2. Cotton facial pads, and q tips.
3. Vitamin E oil.
4. Hydrogen peroxide.
First things first, ACV help identify where they are hiding. Soak cotton and remove excess ACV, leave for 10 min to see.
Second, once identified soak the cotton and squeeze of excess and apply to affected area. Tape around the whole penis, not to tight, and make sure the tape overlaps itself to tape on correctly. Leave on for 1hr twice a day for 2 days and remove. Give skin a break, trust me..
Third, shower, clean with Hydrogen Peroxide and dry. Apply Vitamin E.
Fourth. Soak q tip and dab directly on affected area for a few minutes. This helps burn the GW and not the surrounding skin which should already be tender from previous application.
Fifth, apply Vitamin E often.
Please note, you should dab at anytime to continue the burning of the warts.
I hope this helps, it did for me. Thank you all for your shared comments, and next time you look at someone out in public, smile on the inside and say, theres a good chance they have GW. Its that common!

Also for those people experiencing a lot of irritation, or soreness down there give your area a break. I just started with the ACV again after a 4 day break. Im continuing with the ACV for another week or 2 just incase, I don't want to stop and then it starts growing again. But I do not do my treatment everyday. I would say in a weeks time I do about 3-4 treatments with ACV. The area gets a little tender so I take a small break. Also make sure you only apply the ACV to the wart and not the healthy skin. I rip the cotton off of a q tip and dip it in the organic ACV and then place it on the wart and keep it in place with a bandaide (sp?)
Good Luck everyone

At first I thought that I had 6 warts(2 large, 2 medium, 2 small). I was worried about burning my skin so I decided that I would do a 4 hour soak Friday and then 1 hour twice a day for 2-3 days. Friday I put a towel on my bed and soaked some gauze and wrapped the shaft and scrotum. I laid there for 4 hours making sure to keep the gauze wet. No burning at all. No redness or irritation at all. I was amazed to see that I probably had 30-40 warts. Most were not visible until after the ACV soak.
Saturday morning I did the same thing for 2 hours. Slight burning occured but not too bad. The warts had turned white. The 2 large ones were black in the middle. Throughout the day I noticed that many of the small ones were simply falling off (AFTER ONE DAY!) The large ones are shrinking and turning more black.
This did appear that it will work for me as it seems to be following the classic protocol. I've did another hour Saurday night and again Sunday morning. I went ahead and did another hour Sunday night. I certainly would not leave this on overnight or all day.
This morning all of the smaller white ones are completely gone and the skin is healthy looking. The larger ones are all black and seem to be ready to fall off any time now.
I am using a Q-tip and applying very locally, directly to the larger one several times a day.
I highly recommend this treatment. I think that every 2-3 months I may go ahead and do a 4 hour soak of everything for ongoing maintenance. This seems to knock out the little ones early before they can get large.

I was diagnosed with high-risk (cervical cancer-causing) HPV in college, way back in 2005. The virus was dormant in six months, and I buried the experience in the haze of junior year.
Flash forward to my last check-up: having finished up my HPV vaccine and barely having any sex, I was shocked to hear the high-risk HPV was back. I knew it wasn't a big deal if the doctor kept an eye on it, and having dealt with this already, I didn't think it was a big deal.
And it wasn't a big deal. But then there was a little bump in the crease between my thigh near my butt, which I assumed was an ingrown hair from shaving. But then it didn't go away. But I have sensitive skin, so of course it was just a bump... but then the bump grew a neighbor bump. And that bump looked angry and gross. And that bump begat one more bump.
That's when I put two and two together and freaked out.
I'm normally fine with doctors and have had plenty of embarrassing medical issues. But for some reason, I was haunted by these warts. I lost my appetite and hated myself and wanted to curl up into a hole and die, or else wait 6 months to a year for them to supposedly go away on their own. But what if they didn't? What if they got worse? And how could I go a year without sex?
First I tried straight up tea tree oil soaked in gauze and stuck on with band aids. It felt refreshing, but I didn't see a difference after two days. I had white vinegar in the house, so I tried that and went to sleep for 8 hours. The next morning, the warts maybe looked a little better. They were definitely white, which I knew would happen. But would they go away?
I decided white vinegar wasn't strong enough and bought of apple cider vinegar (5%). The first night I soaked the gauze with the vinegar, taped it on with bandaids and went to bed. I didn't notice too much in the morning, but they felt a little less raised.
Last night I soaked yet another gauze with the ACV, taped it on, and went to bed. It stung this time, but not too badly. (For those of you freaking out about the pain: of course it burns worse each time. You're putting acid on open skin.) This morning in the bath tub, I rubbed some of the dead skin off. The skin felt a bit sore, but absolutely manageable. I blotted on some tea tree oil before I went to work.
When I got home from work today, I had the time to check out the location in a hand mirror. Wow. The bumps are so much smaller and flatter. After only two days, the skin is a little worn out, but the warts are definitely shrinking and getting killed by the ACV.
This site is amazing. I hope more people who are too embarrassed to go to the doctor can take care of this situation for under $10. I can't wait to report back in a few days. I hate new age herbal folk remedies, but this one is really working! I can't believe it...

Like a lot of people I had actually plucked up the courage and visited a doctor, who prescribed a cream that would remove them, however it did shrink them temporarily, they came back ... so 5 weeks of treatment- pointless!!!
then desperate i read into other treatments.. such as the ACV...and asprin technique.. i have to say the crushed asprin didnt work for me,.. the paste simply dried and fell off, and was by no way as effective as the ACV...
as of today i am clear of any signs i ever had GW,.. the acv worked wonders, and i would highly reccomed to anyone suffering!!... be careful though as i found it did make the skin very sore, but moisturiser and tea tree oil has brought the old boy back to form!
anyone wondering wether to try the acv... i would have no hesitation to reccomend it.
Thanks to everyone on here!..:)

I was totally blown away by have effective this treatment is! I don't think I've ever seen a natural remedy work so quickly and completely. It was almost like magic. Within about 3-4 days of applying cotton balls soaked in ACV before bed, there were no more warts. They turned white and then shrank and shrank until they were completely gone, and not even any scars or signs of where they had been. The ACV completely healed her. They even continued to shrink when she skipped a day with the ACV (because it was burning a little and she wanted to take a break.) Wow. This works so well, is so cheap, is so easy; it's almost a crime that doctors will charge you big bucks to burn or laser the warts off, when this works so much better! Good luck!

Anyway, I'm SOOOO glad to have come upon this site!
I tried the ACV, and it worked! Here's what I did:
I showered, and washed everything very thoroughly with gentle soap, then dried, and splashed everything with ACV and put a cotton ball soaked with ACV and tucked it into my labia area. No burning at first, but pretty darn quickly! WOAH! Fire! I'm pretty good with pain, and I decided to stick it out. Throbbing pain which eventually subsided.
The next morning, I removed the cotton ball and showered, washed well again, and did the same procedure. Again, LOTS of burning! This is NOT for the weak! I took the cotton ball out after about 15mins as I couldn't take it anymore. At night, same procedure, except I applied aloe vera on top, and didn't leave the cotton ball there. MUCH, much better feeling!
Warning, a bit graphic..
The next morning, I went to wipe after peeing, and ended up seeing a whole bunch of little spots rubbed off onto the toilet paper! While showering, I noticed more than half of the spots were gone! 90% in the labia area, with exception of 2 small stubborn ones!
I washed, splashed with the ACV again, and applied the aloe vera as well.
For the rest of the day, every time I wiped down there, I was taking these spots off! Fantastic! I repeated it again that night, again, avoiding leaving the cotton ball there, and the next morning ALL except 2 stubborn ones around my anus were GONE! AMAZING! In 2 days!
The anal wart took another couple days to wipe off, but I can't recommend this enough if you can tolerate a bit of pain! I just used regular $1.49 bottle of ACV from the grocery store! Gotta give it a shot!

Just the fact that I am here astonishes me. I rarely post anything on any forum more or less my myself swayed enough by one to take action. In this case the success others had with ACV for gential warts was compelling. I have had GW since college and they have come and gone but for the most part been consistent for more than a decade of my life. They really never spread and for the most part i had he exact same warts the whole time. I tried freezing and aldara as well as the store bought kit for freezing. None of them worked for any long period of time.
After going through a divorce and wondering how i was ever going to have a normal sex life again, I decided to try this ACV.
Here is what I did:
First, shaved off the outer layers with a normal disposable razor (gently and painlessly) I've not heard anyone else mention this although some mentioned using a file? This worked bet for me and it brought them down to almost a surface level.
next took a cue tip and snipped off the tip
next dipped it in regular ACV from the grocery store
band-aided it to the wart with a small round band-aid went
repeated for all warts - went to bed
RESULTS:
day 1 - warts turned white / grayish color. pale. little to moderate pain
day 2 - repeated process. burning sensation much stronger. woke me up at 3:00 am with stinging. removed bandages and washed off and then treated with aloe directly from the plant warts turning to more of a scab color... lots of little scabs / specs appearing
day 3 - repeated... similar burning (totally bearable given the fact that it appeared to be working) next day removed bandages, showered and applied aloe. All had turned black / scabbed over.
Day 4 (today) - gave ACV a rest to see what was happening. By end of day scabs / dead warts came off easily... like a scab ready to come off. whats left is smooth although quite pinkish / red skin..... there appears to be no sign of any warts. skin is smooth to the touch....
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MORE THAN A DECADE! LIKE MANY OF YOU I"M SURE, I WAS A SKEPTIC - AND NOW I AM A SUCCESS STORY!!!! FOR $5.00 HOW CAN'T YOU TRY????
I hope you have the same luck I did... i will update after a week to see if any follow up will be needed. Also, using ACV Tonic for blood pressure and cholesterol and also seem to be allergy free this spring thus far which is a first since childhood? Placebo??? Phsyco-sematic? Who knows... but i am very grateful i found this site indeed.

I felt pretty horrible but decided to do something. Found this AMAZING website and this is what happened. I have done the ACV treatment for 5 days now. I just wanted people to know that for some (like me) ACV might take a bit longer than expected. I didn't feel any burning until day 3, I am on day 5 and I feel like I have just wiped my a$$ with cyanide because it hurts sooo bad but things have gotten smaller, grayer, and at time even black. The GWs (3 of them) on my labia are nearly all gone and the others are hanging on for dear life. I give them one more week. I at times put a little tree oil but I really can't stand the smell so make sure you put some on when you are staying in.
All I can say is, stay strong and stick to the program. It might take a while but I promise you, you will notice a difference. I am taking a break this weekend since I do not think my skin can take so much ACV but come Monday these suckers are going DOWN !!
Stay safe, healthy and strong and for goodness sake DO NOT FORGET THE VITAMIN E!!!!!!

Marcel (Tokyo, Japan) on 04/04/2009:
About 7 months later, visited a dermatologist in my home country. She diagnosed it as molluscum contagiosum and froze them off. They came back and seemed to come back in larger clusters.
Went to a third doctor who thought it was HPV and gave me Aldara. The Aldara got rid of some but just about burned a hole in one area and I had to stop using it. That area has healed but it's still a little discolored.
Went to a highly recommended dermatologist who finally told me for sure, this was HPV. She burned them using a strong concentration of trichloric acid. They all scabbed up, but mostly they were still there. It really just seemed to burn the top off, but not deal with the underlying wart.
By this time I was fed up with the doctors. None of them seemed to even understand genital warts and HPV. I would read and read about how common it is, and yet I'd been to 4 different doctors and everyone just seemed to be winging it. The relationship I was in when this all started was over. I wanted to move on but really couldn't. I was a mess.
So I got back online and found sites like this. Previously, I had never taped the ACV to the affected areas...I had just held it there for like 5-10 minutes. This time, I got a bunch of cotton balls, medical tape, and ACV. I taped it to the worst affected area and left if overnight. When I woke up, there were a lot of white spots, and the one most stubborn "wart" (it's weird for me to call it that because it has never looked like one, more like a skin tag), was black on the inside.
I've read a lot about warts falling off, but these things were more like skin tags. I repeated the treatment a second night and a few warts turned black in the center and started to scab up. They later turned yellowish on the inside, and instead of something falling off, what I'm seeing is the core of the wart hollowing out, as if there are mini-craters where the main warts were. They are healing up now, but it's going to take a few days.
After that I wrapped my entire penis and found other areas that I thought were fine seemingly having some activity below the surface. Lots of white spots. After leaving the ACV on for several hours, there were a couple areas where you wouldn't have noticed anything which had turned black like the larger wart.
I really, really feel like this is working. Unlike the freezing the and the trichloric acid and the aldara cream, which seemed to treat the areas from the top, ACV seems to get down to the root of the wart and kill it from the inside out. It also helps me identify where there are...there are plenty that you don't really see. And it makes sense. From what I have read, these are essentially benign skin tumors that feed on blood vessels, and I think the ACV acts upon those blood vessels the wart is feeding upon. I think. Who knows...certainly not the doctors I visited.
Everything is clearing up now and I'm just waiting for the skin to heal. I'll do a second round of ACV and then I'm planning on doing this every month, forever, to make sure it doesn't come back.
I'll try to check back in.
Slappy (Newark, New Jersey) on 04/03/2009:
The most interesting thing is that the wart didn't disappear all at once. Only half of it turned black, and that part fell off. With reapplication of the ACV, another section turned black and fell off. Over time, the entire wart disappeared. It seems that the ACV can only penetrate so deeply, so it can only "kill" a layer at a time. As that layer falls off, the ACV can get to the next one. Patience is the key here.
Even though I had to go through 4 different cycles of having a layer die and fall off, the whole process took no more than 3 weeks. It helps to be merciless with the wart by applying the ACV directly to the wart (with a swab) as much as possible.
I hope this helps.

I did have a considerable amount of skin irritation that needed a lot of t.l.c. I would have to stop treatment and use vasaline or antibiotic ointment or sumthin to lubricate and protect the raw areas. Once the skin had recouped and healed i noticed the warts were less and less each time, so i just kept at it until one day the warts were all gone! I have no scarring and the skin is nice and smooth as if the warts were never there at all. I am so pleased for acv and this site. I really hope this information and final update helps others dealing with this horrid problem. Good luck!

I soaked a piece of cotton in Heinz ACV and let it sit on the head of my penis for approx 3 hours - the result was want seemed like an inch or so of skin erosion/raw skin and now it is severely dry and painful/scabbed over (foolishly I was testing the area for warts and decided 'what the hell' let me just leave it on, stupid i know!).
Now, am very fearful I have done permanent damage to the glans of my penis and will suffer severe sensation loss.
I guess my overarching question is - will it heal and will all sensation be restored as there seems to be a lack of information on this subject across the net.
Thank you all for any help or guidance you can offer as am pretty distressed about this!

YAY to ACV (Much Better, NY) on 03/12/2009:
I developed what I thought was a skin tag over a month ago. Went to the doctor who said it could be either a tag or a wart (which was the furthest thing from my mind). My pap & cultures both came back negative so I didn't give it another thought. But when the original small tag started spreading out a little I began to worry. Soon after another bumpish looking thing started to grow next to it. Both were in the crease of where my thigh meets my groin. Now I've been online looking at pics of genital warts & none matched what I had. Now it's been a month--Saturday I decided to do the white vinegar which I know can cause false positives but I needed to know. Sure enough both bumps turned white and surprisingly more white bumps showed up. Also, once I applied the white vinegar the first bumps looked more like the online pics. The white vinegar really did draw out the wartish side of these things. I could clearly identify 5 warts... as of now thanks to ACV 3 are gone & I'm working on the last 2 (one's the first wart that I thought was a tag, it's stubborn as hell but breaking down more and more each day).
After reading other testimonies here's my wart kit
- ACV
- tea tree oil
- Mederma and aloe vera gel alternately
- paper tape
- half a Q-tip
- hydrogen peroxide
- positive attitude
There was a lot of trial & error with taping the ACV-treated cotton to my skin. So I went out and got first aid paper tape. It's easier to adhere and comes off much easier than using a band aid. Next thing I did was use Q-tips instead of cotton. I broke the Q-tip in half, dipped it in the ACV and taped it over my warts.
ACV burned my good skin pretty badly. I'm using Mederma and think I'll be fine in a week or two. I'm also using aloe vera gel in between. Tried my Vitamin E oil but it's so thick.
The 3 that are gone never turned black but stayed white (1 turned whitish-gray). I never picked, pulled or tugged. One came off in the shower and I think the other 2 just fell away. I continue to apply tea tree oil to those areas to make triple sure that nothing grows back.
One wart that appeared on my vulva was trickier. I tried dabbing ACV over it nightly because it burned too bad to keep ACV on it longer than 10 seconds. But after 4 days there was little improvement and actually took on the cauliflower look. Deciding to step it up I knew I had to have the ACV on overnight. Using my Q-tip/tape method worked and I just kept my legs closed and went to bed. IT BURNED LIKE HELL but I breathed through it !!! Woke up with some broken skin on my vulva where the ACV burned through. Skin's so sensitive in that area so this isn't entirely a surprise. Thanks to another post I put hydrogen peroxide over the area then used Neosporin since it's has antibiotic properties. But the good news is that in one night it looks diminished and my main concern is to treat that broken skin since I don't want it to develop into an infection.
So here's my process that has evolved over the past 5 days. At night when I come home from work I take a shower. I dry off and put some hydrogen peroxide on some cotton. I squat over a mirror and clean the warty areas. They turn white but that's what's supposed to happen. I follow up with tea tree oil and apply it to pretty much my outer vagina but paying close attention to the old wart/newer wart areas. I give myself a break and fix dinner etc. At night I break a Q-tip in half and dip it in ACV then tape it to the warts. Good night.
I take another shower in the morning. I dry off and squat over a mirror and do the cotton/hydrogen peroxide application. I let it dry and apply Mederma but to the good skin only (that burned from the white vinegar on Saturday). I don't use ACV or tea tree oil because it's so strong and I don't want to go work smelling.
This is a process and requires tons of patience!!! But stick with it. If it burns let it!!! That means the ACV is working. I can say that the warts that got the Q-tip/tape are gone and the ones I was dabbing are still hanging around. I am getting more aggressive but don't want to tear my vagina up. I think I'm going to take a day off from ACV today/tonight. I will report back with hopefully 100% wart-free news!!!
Take what you can from previous posts but you'll find a process that works for you in time especially if you have stubborn warts.
I haven't had sex with anyone for a while and don't know why these warts appeared. But I can tell you that at this point it's a moot question. I'm not going back to those relationships and I want to get my vaginal health together so this won't affect future relationships. I'm deciding on celibacy for the time being so I can heal and give HPV a chance to prayerfully disappear. I know it's a virus but I also know that in a year or 2 it may clear out on its own. I pray for everyone's good health and am very grateful for everyone's posts. I read all previous posts and there was so much great advice. I hope my post can be helpful to someone too.
Lastly, here's what I remember
- Wash your hands frequently!! I'm so paranoid about spreading these nasty things that even if I think about them I feel like I should get up and wash my hands!
- Spray out the crotch of my pants with Lysol before putting them in the laundry
- Wash wash rags, towels and pantyhose with bleach and if not colorsafe then ammonia or vinegar. Let them pre-soak first but don't soak anything in bleach too long.
- Clean your bathroom or wherever you're treating yourself every day!! I am extremely conscious of keeping this space clean. Spray it down with Lysol. You should also be conscious of when you touch your bottles of tea tree oil, ACV etc. I always use clean hands but take the extra step of spraying down my bottles etc. with Lysol.
- Don't feel bad!! This is a problem that thanks to ACV can be treated. Be patient and be very thankful that it isn't worse regardless of how many warts you have. Persevere, get healthy and get over it :)
