Ok, so im back to post about my results with acv. It has been 10 days of using this method. I originally wore the acv cotton balls for about 5 hours the first day and then overnight the second. Well on the third day I could only wear for about 10 to 15 min tops. Each day using the acv burns more and more severely then the day before. So instead of wearing the acv cotton balls once a day for 5 hours (cannot bear the pain for that long) I would just brace myself and hold the cotton ball on the warts for 10 sec to 10 min about 2 or 3 times a day; depending how much pain I could take at the time; (I also continue to clean the warts with hydrogen peroxide before the acv treatment) Well sure enough the warts began to get white, then dry, then black, then they began to flake off. A lot of people claimed it took only 3 days for the acv to rid their warts, but for me it has taken longer. I think it depends on the severity of the warts and maybe the strain as well. I had quite a few and they were in flat clusters ( I guess I had several layers of warts that the acv had to work through). Also I stated that I had been previously using heal warts from www.amoils.com and that I stopped using it; well because I was a little impatient with the acv, on the 5th or 6th day I began using them together. I would use the acv for like 5 min, then when the pain stopped (after about another 5 min) I would apply the heal warts formula. I tried to do this 3 times a day. It seemed that when I began to use them together the warts began to dry up and flake off faster (they began to itch severely as they flake off, so be careful not to scratch and spread). Well today when I checked the external warts they are all but gone. I have a few flaky black patches left that I will continue to treat. The internal warts are still there cause I have not really been treating them. Once the external ones are all gone I will try a diluted acv douche for the internal warts. Just to let everyone know the heal warts product really does work by itself, it just takes about 6 weeks to rid the warts; also it can be used internally to rid warts inside the vaginal canal for the ladies (apply topically DO NOT INGEST). I have used internally before but I am sensitive so it caused some vaginal pH imbalances (increased discharge and irritation) which is easy to fix with either acv douche or that rePHresh stuff they sell at local drug stores. So all in all I love acv. I am a fan for life. Even though the pain is horrid (I actually screamed and cried a couple of times), it is worth it to be rid of the warts in like 2 to 3 weeks. Also I bought some raw, organic, unpasturized acv and began taking a shot every morning as Liz from Cleveland did, it can't hurt and acv is very good for you anyway. I will be drinking a shot a day for life. I did dilute the shot in about 6 to 8 oz of juice or water. I will post again in another week or so when the warts are completely gone. Don't give up if the acv doesn't rid all the warts immediately (like in 3 days), just be consistent, bear the pain, and stay positive. Good luck all!Replied By Sarah (Dublin, Irl) on 10/08/2008
Thanks T for your update, i have been using for 5 days now and still no change, only for the itching is worse, im really hoping that this is the nasty little virus tring to survive but failing !! i cant keep the acv on for long against my skin so am hoping 1 hour twice a day is enough. i am using this called Somoxal also twice a day (got it off a website and not sure if i was done as the packaging and instructions state nothing about hpv or warts ?!) but i will keep trying because of your update, heres hoping in another 5 days i will be celebrating victory :DReplied By T (Chicago, IL) on 03/15/2009
Hello all, i am finally back to give a final update. By 11/24/08 i have to say that my warts were all gone! Sorry i took so long to update. I know most of the people who have posted say that it only took about 3 days for the warts to go away, but for me it took about 2 1/2 months for them to go away completely. I would have to take breaks cause the acv was really irritating; i would have to let my skin heal for a few days and then continue. Also i suspect the longer that it takes means the warts are deeper or layered or are a stubborn strain. But i just kept at it and eventually they went away. I did have a considerable amount of skin irritation that needed a lot of t.l.c. I would have to stop treatment and use vasaline or antibiotic ointment or sumthin to lubricate and protect the raw areas. Once the skin had recouped and healed i noticed the warts were less and less each time, so i just kept at it until one day the warts were all gone! I have no scarring and the skin is nice and smooth as if the warts were never there at all. I am so pleased for acv and this site. I really hope this information and final update helps others dealing with this horrid problem. Good luck!
