The cayenne pepper is definitely causing the problem to go away, not just hiding it!! I will never take nitroglycerine again (that 5-hour migraine is horrible! ). And either the ground cayenne in tea or directly in the tip of the nose (intense but effective) or cayenne extract will work much faster than the nitroglycerine! 10/10 recommend!

Thank you for this info about another kitchen remedy. I was feeling, unusual for me, distressing discomfort in my heart and chest wall, probably due to work and family stress and... I also accidentally drank real coffee (two cups! ) and I'm a decaf person. I was so anxious and frankly scared, and went to earth clinic. I tried ACV and then, voila: the cayenne pepper. the recipe of 1/8 of a tsp in warm water and before I knew it the pain and anxiety was gone and now I'm back to feeling I belong in the land of the living. Thank you so much!

I have angina. Whenever my chest feels really tight or I have my armpit pain, I drink cayenne water. I put 1/8th of a tsp in a small glass of water and drink it down. I hate spicy foods so to this I have to be in a lot of pain. The crazy thing is that if I need it it does not burn my mouth. After drinking this the pain goes away within minutes. If it takes longer I drink another glass.

It has been less than twenty minutes since eating a cayenne pepper and the tightness and heaviness has dissipated. Thank you to the wonderful people at Earth Clinic.

Chest Pain: I tried the Cayenne Pepper, and I did feel better after trying it, but my questions is this, "Is it just covering up the problems?" Because I think I may have clogged arteries and need to see a specialist! I noticed that my blood pressure went up after taking the pepper, so if I start exercising may also help.

Cayenne Pepper works! Whenever I get stressed out; my jaw, stomach, upper back, the left side of my chest and left arm starts to hurt. I googled the symptoms and saw that it was a sign of Angina so when I got home I took one pill then laid down and the pain went away within a half hour. I take a pill each day along with my other vitamins and I haven't had another episode since.

A good friend of mine was not conscripted into the army because of his bad heart condition. He learned about cayenne very early and would use it as a daily supplement and whenever he felt he was about to have an attack.

Hate to tell you Doctors, but this man died at a good young age of 96. He was baking bread himself till he died. He outlived his wife who was in good health. Don't see too many old guys in his shape. He was also a vegetarian.

Cayenne Pepper is a real cure for pains on the chest. Each time I get the tired pains that spread across my chest into my neck, jaw and shoulders I immediately head for the Cayenne Pepper, take 1 teaspoon in any liquid preferably in juice or milk. It instantly feeds the heart muscle of Vit C. I would honestly recommend this to heart sufferers. It works for me and should for you! Thanks to Earth Clinic for all their advice and remedies. God bless you all!

Hi, I had chest pains all over my chest, mostly towards the left. When I was small, they used to come and then go within minutes so I thought nothing of it (while watching TV/reading a book). All of a sudden, a month ago, I started having consistent chest pains and it got to a point where I figured out that I had Unstable Angina (one step below a heart attack) where my ateries were not getting enough Oxygen. My doctor stated it was anxiety/stress and gave me Klonopin which only drugged me and made me sleepy each day - I stopped taking that for a week and purchased some GNC Products and that SAME day, I saw results!!! I was so excited that I wanted to share this with everyone even though its only been one day. This was partially recommended by Kevin Treadau and I added some extra stuff to the list. I no longer have chest pains when watching TV or resting! :) I used Calcium/Magnesium; Vitamin B Complex; 100% Natural Vitamin E (The best one) (GNC has Isomer E); Omega 3-6-9 (Unsaturated Fatty Acids); Kyloic Aged Garlic Extract.
