I'd had (been diagnosed with) bad allergies for almost a year, & was on doctor-prescribed pills (Nexium, Allegra, Nasonex) that long. The symptoms were just as bad, I was dried out, my blood pressure was up, & I experienced shortness of breath. I stopped the drugs & started vinegar. It was a total miracle within a few days. Unfortunately, I also have acid reflux, GERD & was hoping it would be cured, as well. I stopped my PPIs (Nexium, Aciphex). The ACV seemed to work for a couple of days, but then I started suffering worse than I ever have. I'm afraid that it's the vinegar, so I don't know what to do. Please, does anyone have any suggestions?

I suffered repeatedly every spring and often in the fall also form sinus infections and severe allergic symptoms. I would have terrible headaches, face pain and runny nose with itchy eyes and sneezing. However after discovering your website and starting an ACV treatment I have yet to need an antibiotic. Yeah ,no more medicine head only a clear head!

I started using apple cider vinegar when I read about all the allergy cures on earthclinic. My pollen allergies are all gone due to a combination of some local honey and 2 Tbsp acv every morning mixed in a glass of water. For my cat and dog (dander) allergies, I take an extra dose of vinegar before I go to someone's house with one of those animals. I still suffer from the dander allergies, but on a much much smaller scale. They are absolutely nothing like they used to be. I'm hoping that they will soon be gone.

Well, I must say this remedy fell far short of what I was expecting from other users reviews. I had tried using it at 2tbs, 3x a day for a week. When that failed to alleviate my allergies, I increased it to double that, 2tbs 6x a day. I took that dose for yet another week, and it still failed to alleviate my allergies in the least bit in any way whatsoever. Though it may depend on what your allergies are specifically, I can tell you that for mine, this remedy was ineffective.

After finding this site, I decided to try it for my allergies. My Doctor had suggested allergy shots and recommended I carry around an Epipen because my allergies are all so severe and I am allergic to just about everything. I had nothing to loose and everything to gain. WOW! is all I can say. I am pleased to say that since I have been taking it - I am now allergy free as long as I remain taking 4oz of water and 2 tblsp of ACV twice a day. My allergist even asked me not to tell too many people about my new discovery as it would put her out of business - as I was completely symptom free when I went for a check up

I am a 29 year old male, who has had nasal allergies since the age of 5. My mother told me a long time ago to give Apple Cider Vinegar a try, but I never believed that it would work. I have been on nasal allergy medications for years, and about two weeks ago, I just got fed up with pumping all of these chemicals into my body. I decided to seek a natural solution, that's when I ran across your website, and read about the Apple Cider Vinegar solution that my mother told me about. I cannot believe the results. Apple Cider completely eliminates my allergies, and it costs much less than what I used to pay for my nasal allergy medications. Doctors are trained nowadays to prescribe their patients non-natural medications, although there are many natural solutions to a lot of illnesses. Just think of it, how did people cope with illnesses prior to giant drug companies? They used natural remedies.

I have tried Remedy #1. I would have to say that I really wasn't expecting much, but to my amazement, the ACV helped much more than I would have ever anticipated. ACV hasn't taken my allergies away, but it has helped alleviate a lot of the symptoms. Thank you for having this site.

I am amazed at how acv cleared up my allergies. I have suffered with bad sinus problems for years and have taken every over the counter and prescription drugs made. ACV worked it just a few days and I only had 1 headache.

Every late summer, I suffer from Ragweed allergies. doctors could not give me any relief. Moving to Alaska helped alot, however, when visiting Florida in October, I had difficulty breathing from all the sneezing and wheezing. I then read your article and tried the ACV. The next day I was 100% fine. I went off it just to test and sure enough I began to get stuffed up again. I then took the ACV and later that evening I was again 100%. Thanks. Got anything that can grow hair on my head?
