Is Inhaling Peroxide As Effective As Drinking It?

I have decided to try drinking h2o2 mostly to help with daily fatigue. However I also have ulcerative colitis and according to a book I read, it has successfully treated colitis and proctitis. But if I feel energized enough to get through my days happily I will be ecstatic. I ordered food grade 35% and have put 3 drops in 8oz of water and drank it twice. Just with them 3 drops the bleachers after taste nauseates me but I do get a burst of energy and all around feel good for the few hours following.

My question is do you get the same benefits with the inhalation method as with drinking it? If so I'm sure I could tolerate this much better. Thank you for your reply.

How did you use it to get rid of your panic attacks?

Maybe the reason for the strong taste was because it was still full strength. Food grade peroxide should be diluted with distilled water to a 3% solution and the drops are then taken from there and added to 8oz of water. Below is the link with more info. Is it too late for me to respond...? I used a sinus inhaler (the kind used for head colds). I rinsed it well and filled it with H2O2. I pumped it 2-4 times into the back of my mouth, sucked it in as hard as I could and held it for 5-10 seconds. Do that 3-4 times and do it 3-4 times a day. I noticed within 2-3 days that I no longer had panic attacks. I would do the inhaling whenever I went out to the store, or whatever, and within 2 weeks I found that I didn't need to do it anymore. I always thought that the panic attacks were tied to my ADHD but...I don't know how it worked, it just did.
