My hernia is located two inches above my navel. It is the size of a hazel nut. I suppose it is an intestinal type of hernia. I was told it developed when I was crying excessively as an infant. It does not give me any symptoms, though when one time I started doing a push-up exercise program, I started having a very strange sensation in my stomach, but it might have been just my anxiety.
I have found a thread on hiatal hernia, but not about my type of hiernia. Does anybody know any natural cure for it?
