There is bilateral synovial thickening and enhancement in temporomandibular joints suggesting of inflammatory arthropathy and less likely degenerative changes. Clinical correlation is advised.

The language of your MRI report helps one continue spending more money at clinics just to try and understand what it all means. Am wondering if you've clicked on "Ailments" (on the left-hand margin of the webpage here) to scroll through the list then click on "TMJ".
