I have an open wound 2.5cm across and icm deep, I was wondering what supplements and or therapies I should be taking to improve the healing time?

Adam: I cannot say that I have tried it, but search for ribwort plantain and you'll read a lot of interesting things. I hope it works for you, good luck!

EC: We have a few photos (warning - graphic) of ribwort plaintain healing a severe wound on a horse here: https://www.earthclinic.com/pets/wounds.html#RP

I've always used Vitamin E on my cuts and they heal up quickly. Just open up a 400 IU capsule, put it on the cut and cover it up with a bandaid. Repeat every day.

Reply to Adam: I strongly recommend you read up on urine therapy (with regard to compresses). It is highly effective on open wounds, and is I believe the only known natural cure for gangrene. Don't be put off by the idea of it..as you will read urine consists of filtered blood and also sterile. Do check it out, best of luck.
