The most sensible option is to reduce the dosage that you can tolerate, perhaps half or one-fourth of what you are generally using, while at the same time reduce your consumption on all fried foods.
It is important that you increase your dosage on fat emulsifiers, such as granulated lecithin to help remove fatty buildup of your liver.
Preferably 1 tablespoon mixed with each meals you eat throughout the day. This will generally remove that fat off your stomach area, especially your liver. Your weight loss will not reduce the weight line that much, but will reduce your weight caused by the fat buildup in the liver.
The other supportive supplements for you liver is to take yeast in form of yeast selenium, preferably in form of softgel capsules. If you insist on using the tablet form, you must chew the tablets and not swallow. Tablets often do not get dissolved in your stomach and is poorly absorbed. Milk thistle, curcumin, and N-Acetyl Cysteine also help.
Yes, coconut oil is antifungal, and do help somewhat on toenail fungus, but of course, it is generally mild. Ted
