Dear Kathryn: Don't forget to add some baking soda to the apple juice. Then he needs to drink 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt in one liter of water. The sea salt will have an alkalizing effect and stop the GERD. It does that by raising the body's oxygen killing the organism and also reducing the fermentation that goes along with the GERD. Consider adding generously, Oregano, thyme, rosemary to the food. The fermentation causing the GERD will stop. If it works consider taking this every 1 hour until GERD stops, which should take a couple of days.
