Assuming you cannot get vitamin B complex, then just eat partially cooked liver of at least 5 grams/meal for 3 meals and this should help too. By partially cooked liver I mean the liver is only boiled less than 3 seconds and the liver is still soft and uncooked when you sliced it to the center of the liver. Just the bare covering of outer portions of liver looks cook, but still have some blood to it. We just cook enough to kill of the external bacteria, while preserving the vitamins you need.
The virus/bacteria issue can easily be resolve with taking a potassium carbonate 1% solution to be used as a mouthwash. Of course, you may not find this, so the second best thing is to try a 2% solution of baking soda (they don't dissolve that much) plus some potassium carbonate to use as a mouth wash every so many hours until the conditions reduced itself. The one nice thing about these weak alkaline is that they tend to kill most of the bacteria/viruses responsible. If this doesn't work, just add sea salt at about 2% concentration.
The issue of allergy is usually having to do with a milk allergy more so than a soy milk allergy. Taking plenty of vitamin Bs will eliminate most allergies due to deficiency, but certain diets can cause it too. Of course milk allergy is quite common, and the other is probably monosodium glutamate.
In case you have an antibiotic allergies, e.g. sulfa drugs, or sulfites then these antibiotic allergies should be gone with taking of vitamin B complex, in particular is vitamin B1 thiamine, where antibiotics tend to deplete the body bringing on unexpected, swollen tongue allergy. This is at least my observations.
As an extra measure against swollen tongue, taking internally 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid in 1/2 glass of water should relieve you of inflammation of the tongue as this formula is usually anti-inflammatory (sodium citrate). Vitamin C will also relieve a swollen tongue, but preferably sodium ascorbate. If your place have neither citric acid, baking soda or even vitamin C, then just get lemon juice. I am sure you can get lemon as it has most of the ingredients I listed. There is no way I can guess at all the causes, but this will usually help. If I guess right it should be reduced by the next day. Doing for a couple of days the condition should go away.
