Removing Mucoid Plaque and Cholesterol

If you have time, please let me know the best mucoid plaque remover. Make sure to specify the best way of not moving the too much mercury I must have in my colon due to the 12 mercury fillings I have in my teeth.

Diatomaceous earth is a good mucoid plaque removal option.

As for the best cholesterol remover it's actually lemon oil mixed with lecithin. You can prepare the peel and squeeze it right from lemon and mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lecithin, taken two times a day. The lemon oil is about 10 drops twice a day. It works fast and some results should be expected by 1 or 2 weeks.

Would someone please give the steps on how specifically to make the lemon oil, regarding:
