Prevention for Dangerous WorkQuestion by Alex (California)

For the body to get rid of hydrocarbons and preventing its accumulation and protects against liver cirrhosis, I might take at least one tablespoon a day of granulated lecithin as it is a fat emulsifier reducing fatty liver. Both vitamin E and vitamin C are antioxidant and protects the liver, but also selenium may be helpful too in protecting against liver cirrhosis. Alkalizing is important in protecting against skin allergies, muscle pain (neutralizes lactic acid buildup), and I might take at least 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water twice a day. A drinking water should have some sea salt, such as 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt (Celtic, Dead sea, Himalayan, a local one, or even deep sea salt available at the aquarium shops) added in per liter of drinking water. This is often added to protect against weakness and electrolytic imbalances cause by sweating and exertion. ACV helps increase energy level, but in the long run, I prefer to neutralize the ACV such as 2 tablespoon of ACV plus 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water taken twice a day. That's at least the minimum dose remedy. Usually taking in the morning often gives some people more energy.
The above are the bare minimum of vitamin, minerals and supplements that are needed. Most of the benefit for this occupation, is likely to get benefit mostly from the magnesium, alkalizing and electrolytes.
