I tried your remedy of baking soda and sodium carbonate for a little over two weeks but unfortunately didn't help. I wish you didn't live so faraway, you help so many people get a better quality of life. If there are any tests to be done that you think might be important please let me know. I want to thank you in advance for what you do and for the person you are. I enjoy reading your comments and I have learned a lot from you. Hope your New Year starts with the right foot with a lot of happiness and health.
My other symptoms are: constipation, anxiety and depression, bad memory and migraines due to sleep deprivation and bad circulation.
I am 38 years old and I have 3 children, the younger one is 6 months old and I am still breastfeeding.

Your germanium is non existent and deficiency in that can lead to insomnia. Germanium is mostly found in reishi mushroom, shiitake and shelf mushroom (trametes versicolor), and of course germanium sesquioxide. The other blood vessel damage due to candida like organism found in the bloodstream. Cellulase 1/2 teaspoon before sleep. Cobalt being low as a result of B12 deficiencies. The high glutamate is excitotoxin and can initiate sleep problems. To control glutamate you need taurine 3000 mg x 2 and NAC 1000 mg twice a day. Some people have kidney stones and high uric acid build up which can accumulate in blood vessels leading to insomnia. Common reaction whenever insufficient blood supply that the body creates glutamate to wake you up. So avoid the cheese, chocolate, fried foods, and fruits. Also avoid spinach. Constipation then the alkalizing remedy doesn't work so you need potassium citrate at 1/2 teaspoon. Your lithium is very low, it needs 5 mg dose given in early evening when you are about to sleep.
Oily foods tend to cause high triglycerides which reduces hormones across the board. And to help kidney function take grape seed extract 3000 mg in evening. This is based on info you just sent me. Try to take steamed broccoli for vitamin k to repair blood vessel damage from candida like organism in the blood that eat your capillaries in the brain.
