I have the latest update on acid reflux, that cured several people with it, it seems that humic acid or digestive enzymes will definitely stopped or lessen the acid reflux, but it is the lysine (as well as other that supports collagen building, such as glycine, glutamine, and BCAA) that really resolved it. The lysine allows the healing to take place in the esophagus, stomach, and intestinal area. The lysine is taken 1000 mg x 4 times a day for an extended period of 1 to 2 months. The B3 niacinamide will help some relief of the condition at 500 mg, taken when the common time of attack comes, but if they don't have the common time, it is taken at 250 mg in morning, 250 mg at lunch, 250 mg at dinner and 500 mg before bedtime, that is the more severe one. The one long term that leads toward a healing process and the cure is the lysine, 1000 mg x 4, but other supporting amino acid such as glutamine 1000 mg x 2, glycine 1000 mg x 2, and BCAA 1000 mg x 2, will also lead to faster healing. If not fast enough healing, then additional aloe vera oil maybe 10 to 20 drops a day.
I haven't yet found a way to shorten the length of time to shorter period such as a couple of days to a week yet, so the treatment is often 1 to 2 month to get the cure (as far as I know). None of my clients take any pharma meds when they take my medicine, it's there choice.
