Uterine fibroid is a long term iodine deficiency. Try taking half strength lugol's solution internally at night. It will help your sleep. Periodical dermatitis maybe allergies, you can try tannic acid 5% solution that usually will help, unless the problem is deeper then you might need DMSO/ Castor oil, 70% DMSO, and 30% castor oil. Coconut oil may work too, use DMSO/ Coconut oil using the same portions. Joint discomfort, the best formula I can come up with is DMSO/ Castor oil applied the area, nothing works better than this, and perhaps hyaluronic acid 1% in 500 cc of water with some sea salt. Take internally 5 capfuls say 3 or 4 times or whenever you feel discomfort may help you. For your other issues, in general you may need magnesium oil (magnesium chloride saturated solution) and take 8 drops before meals say twice a day as the starting dose. For diabetes, the best I can come up with to get normal blood sugar is N acetyl cysteine 1/8 teaspoon twice a day, with aloe vera oil 5 drops. Coconut oil will help constipation and try taking oats bran once a day, to maintain normal stools and immune system.
lupus, Type I diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and hypothyroidism so I have heriditary concerns. I'm not sure if this means anything or not but my hair turned very prematurely gray in my early 20's. Also, I do eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and not much "junk food".
Lupus, hydrogen peroxide 3% one capful in drinking water 1 liter and 1/16 teas of borax. Hypercholesterol comes from your vegetable oil intake, avoid those for now.
