A sinus problem in one case I found lasting at least a decade and went away when when they took plenty of vitamin C for about a month or two and never came back.
The other supportive remedies is the vitamin A, but those are taken 2 or 3 times a week, some vitamin E 1000 i.u. to 2000 i.u. 2 or 3 times a week also, at least for the sinus problem.
Sinus headaches are best handled mostly with vitamin C, but equally important are the electrolytes, especially magnesium and some potassium. The dosage for magnesium usually in form of mangnesium citrate is about 250 mg per day for 5 days out of a week.
The mention of bad breath is usually an indication of acidosis, which lowers the body's immunity condition resulting in both headaches and sinus problem, and hence a lime remedy such as 2 tablespoon of lime juice plus 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water taken two times a day should raise the urinary pH to about 7. If the pH urine is kept at least neutral instead of being acid all the time or take more or less necessary to get the pH, then the problem should disappear within a month.
