Can Total Inversion Help Bad Knees?

Question by Julie Pellecchia (Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada) on 04/30/2008

What do you think of a 400 + year old art of practising total inversion Can it help or can it be detrimental to this Done quite a bit of extensive research with no sure answers. Are you able to give me enough answers to proceed with some sort of a proceed with caution or do not even try. Thank-you in advance

This depends on what kind of bad knees people get. Usually an trained person on total inversion can say that because there's so many kinds of bad knees, from injury, sickness, fractures, autoimmunity, deficiency, etc. A symptom and cause must usually be known to find what to do. One size does not fit all.

Sir, I got the four Tailams for my knee pain, such as 1. karpasasthyadi Tailam, 2.Dhanvantaram Tailam, 3.Kottamchukkadi Tailam, and Karpuradi Tailam, from Kottakal Arya Vaidyasala and was told to mix the above Tailams together and rub over the affected knees. Can I do this or can it taken through our mouth
