I replied to someone else and saw your post so here is what I told them. Basically as stated above they are two different remedies, and what's happening is the DMSO is being turned into MSM in the liquid not all bad but perhaps not the best either... H2O2 is a free radical.. Yes, our body produces superoxide radicals as a byproduct of making energy. SOD breaks super oxide radicals down to H202 and Catalase and GlutathionePeroxidase turns this H202 back into water and oxygen. So inhaling a too concentrated amount of H202 is dangerous, it will kill or harm cells. A doctor who has been using nebulized H202 for 20+ years recommends a 0.1% solution (cut with saline, our cells do not function is normal water! that harms them!) He also uses lugols Iodine too in micro amounts. One thing to note is that DMSO makes whatever is with it enter the cell easier. Orally it will increase drug dosage in essence when taken together. So mixing it with H202 could be a bad idea, plus you're defeating the purpose, oxidizing the DMSO with H202 tuns DMSO into MSM. That's not bad for you but it defeats the purpose of using DMSO instead of MSM. All of this to say be careful with the concentration of H202 and also just use Saline to dilute DMSO.
Things like lugols should be fine to mix at the right or even a lower dosage as their absorption may be increased. (it is increased topically on skin with DMSO) For ratios on saline to H202 and lugols see this link https://stevenyager.org/there-is-still-hope-out-there-how-to-nebulize/

DMSO began opening up my lungs, I have COPD and emphysema, after the first nebulizer treatment.
