I have a question for Ted. I read the part of this website on Meinieres and it was rather complicated. I felt that if I can clear up the Sinus problem that the vertigo would stop. My question is if baking soda and ACV could make my Vertigo worse. I read how Niacinamide and other B Complex will help. But you also mention Vitamin C, L-Carnosine, Glutamine, Creatine monohydrate, and tin chloride. I know this may be a process of elimination to see what works, but can you direct me with something to start with Thanks,

Dear Eric: A condition of tinnitis is often of a magnesium deficiency. To make magnesium work for you well, a powdered form is recommeded, either magnesium chloride or magnesium citrate, taken at 250 mg. To allow absorption vitamin B6 is necessary, but it is best to take vitamin B complex. Also, vitamin B deficiency is also implicated in vertigo too. A rare condition of iron deficiency can also lead vertigo, but not likely, but common food sources include liver and beef.
