Sorry for late response...so many many emails, and other work priorities!
The racing hearts and mercury problem should be helped with 250 mg of magnesium citrate/day for 5 days out of a week. Some potassium might be helpful, but this should always be taken along with the sodium such as 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda plus 1/8 teaspoon of potassium bicarbonate in 1/2 glass of water taken twice a day, once in the morning and once before bedtime.
The chelation therapy might be needed, but a simple sodium thiosulfate which is a dechlorinator used for fish aquarium where the solution is often 10% sodium thiosulfate in 90% water should remove some reactive heavy metals and other chemical toxicity in the body, is added such as anywhere between 3 drops to 12 drops, to detoxify the liver and cause the body to relax.
Some selenium supplements should also displace the mercury, usually the dose is around 200 mcg/day.
A natural cilantro or chinese parsley can further help, but in event of a heavy metal toxicity, those can be taken only a few leaves at a time.
Sometimes dentists put so much fluoridation it prevents normal function of the pineal gland which controls sleep. Usually a borax, such as 1/8 teaspoon taken only once or twice a week in one liter of drinking water can displace slowly the fluorides.
Removing some excess calcification of the body is possible (which removes) calcification of the pineal gland such as the lime and baking soda remedy.
The lime and baking soda is as follows:
one whole small lime (about 8 teaspoon of lime juice) plus 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water taken twice a day.
A stronger formula to decalcify the pineal gland is simply one whole lime in 1 glass of water, but the remedy might be too strong, so this can be taken only every other day and some improvements should be noted within the next day's sleep.
In event it's not working some l-carnosine or n acetyl carnosine supplements might be called for.
To allow some neural recovery amino acid supplements and 1 tablespoon of granulated lecithin is what I will take once a day.
