Nancy: Arm & Hammer are generally o.k. If you worry about sodium, tnen take some potassium supplemnts to balance out the excess sodium. Potassium bicarbonate are relatively hard to find for most consumer, but you should find it easier to get potassium supplements from the drug store easier.
