1. Is ACV suitable for my daughter who is only 25 months old
Simply put, a child dose is calculated on the basis on their weight relative to an adult dose. Assuming a 100 pound person taking 2 tablespoon of ACV plus 1/4 teaspoon in 1/2 glass of water, the dose of a child of 25 pounds is 1/4 of the entire dose, taken twice a day. This is how scientist calculate dose of tiny mice on the basis of their weight. It is the same with a dose of a child.
2. If she can take AVC, how much do you recommend her to take everyday and for how long
Usually about 4 weeks but improvement should be seen on the 2nd or 3rd week.
3. Can she take ACC while on antibiotics or should we wait until she finishes these two courses of antibiotics treatment
Antibiotics worsens the body as they cause acidosis and antibiotics causes retention of heavy metals, which may impair brain development due to increases in heavy metals. In my opinion, antibiotics are generally too strong for a child and an allergic reaction is quite possible if taken for more than 4 days. They should taken only when absolutely necessary.
I would prefer that 100 mg dose of vitamin C sodium ascorbate or rose hips taken twice a day for a child dose, since an adult dose is 1000 mg if we assuming the child is 1/10 of the weight of an adult. Those taken for 5 days out a week for a month's period generally may help reduce sinus problem.
Of course some vitamin E and vitamin A given once a week (or twice a week) and some lecithin, all at 1/10 of an adult dose I think should be sufficient. So in event vitamin E adult dose is 1000 i.u., a child should be closer to 100 i.u. My observations are free fatty acids and rancid oils may also initiate sinus problem based on my observations of people eating rancid oils with heat (reused cooking oil) caused sinus problems.
4. Can you inhale the steam of ACV
Pure ACV or plain distilled vinegar can be used on a humidifier rather than heat since heat may destroy ACV or alter them due to heat. For me I much prefer the use of aerosols, or pump spray with a white distilled vinegar, since the ACV organic by products may clog the pump spray. However, a eucalyptus oil spray 100% is used in an aerosol is better in clearing the breathing passages.
