I regularly take an entire dropper full of methylene blue and although it can taste like copper it has kicked butt on the toe fungus that has plagued me for ages. It’s still growing out but one big toe is completly clear and the other one I see the clear it’s growing in. The black and thick and yellow toenails are on the way out.
