WOW!!! Garlic has cured for me every cold that has tried to attach itself to me in the last 8 years. One or two cloves chopped up with olive oil poured over it taken in a tablespoon with a little water after to wash it down. Burns the inner infection out naturally!

Today with my tooth aching I decided to place garlic at my gum where the void and great pain exists. Google just to check, brought me to you and I see I am heading in the correct direction. Thank you all for the confirming comments of health testimonials! I just Love a natural solution! I can feel it working!

I hesitate using the fresh garlic since the odor is so prominent but after a Strep B urinary tract infection I said to heck with it!!! I am going to take this daily for the rest of my life...they can just get over it!!!

For colds, I take the minced garlic without chewing it. That way you have no garlic smell on your breath or between your teeth. Just brush a little after swallowing, just in case.

I put 1 clove of crushed garlic for each of my baby's socks when he had colds. I put 1 pair of socks on his feet then the socks with garlic next. This is the only remedy that I have tried for his colds from 1 month to 1 year old. It only took 2 applications for him to recover from the early signs of colds.

I chop it fine and mix it in salsa, add a little honey and cayenne pepper and eat it with some corn chips. Opens those passages up real nice and tastes yummy too! :)

I have been cutting up a clove of garlic and adding it to hot water, drinking it before bed. This is the first year (knock on wood) that I have not gotten sinus, cold, or flu. Not sure if it is the garlic, but I'm not going to stop drinking it. I do this a few times a week.

When we feel a cold coming on or get a cold my husband and I mince a clove of garlic in water and then chug it down at least twice a day. We find this to be a powerful way to lose the cold. We now grow 150 garlic plants each year just for the two of us! You won't get garlic breath chugging it this way. I have heard that others blend garlic in water and chug.... That would work too.

Here is something soothing that really helps colds,
bronchitis, etc:

Bring 2 c. chicken broth + 2 c. water to boiling
Add 1 small onion, chopped

When done, remove from heat, add 3 cloves crushed
garlic, cover; let
sit for about 10 minutes.
Add sea salt to taste.

Yes! Garlic is a wonder cure to have on hand. I read about it's properties a few years ago and have been using it every sense.

It works like a natural antibiotic, it kills off the bad stuff and leaves the good stuff along.

When I have a Cold or Sinus infection I will use it. I cut up a clove of fresh Garlic as small as I can. Then I will swallow as much as I can in one swallow with water to chase it down, swallow just like it was a pill. You do not have to eat it or chew it . Do this 3 to 4 times a day. I usually do it for 5 to 7 days. I store the cut up garlic in a small glass bowl in the refrigerator.

just this past week aa nasty bug was going around that consisted of nasal congestion, sore throat, and fatigue and i caught it. finally on friday i decided i wanted to be well for the weekend so i fished out my natural cures book and found out the MIRACLE. i ate 4 cloves of garlic uncooked... of course the taste was horrendous but i am not kidding after the first one i could feel the difference. it makes sense because of its anti bacterial/fungal/viral properties and its ability to strengthen the immune system. i will do this whenever i start to feel sick because i'm serious it totally cured me within 30 minutes
