All of us LOVE coconut oil and its benefits, my man, my cat, and my entire body!

My man noticed I changed my recipe for brownies by using coconut oil in place of the usual bottled, vegetable oil. He said they were moist, chewy, and delicious! He's the kinda guy that rarely says anything about a great meal, but I know after 15 years together, if he eats "it", he loves "it"! So, any form of a compliment means "it" gets a "5 star" rating.

My cat began enjoying coconut oil about 2 months ago when he began licking my hands after I applied the oil to moisturize my face and hands. I knew cats had been given coconut oil to remedy ailments but I knew my cat was not going to allow me to introduce anything to him. He's Top Cat and he decides! Now, gets his tablespoons full of coconut oil whenever he tells me. His coat is definitely sleeker and he seems more relaxed. I look forward to seeing more health benefits of his consumption of coconut oil "candy"!

My entire 55 year young, entire body, is showing signs of coconut oil benefits, too. I use to moisturize my face and hands after I use hydrogen peroxide as an astringent. I try to eat a tablespoonful of oil daily, and it is so satisfiying as it melts in my mouth. Yum!

I use this site all the time but have never posted before. Today, however, I'm dying to share! I've been adding 2tbs of coconut oil to my diet for the past month in various ways and I've experimented with using it in smoothies but it always clumps up when you add cold ingredients. Today however, I managed to make a 100% smooth no clump smoothie! I put coconut oil in a cup and placed it in a bowl of hot water to melt it and then smushed my fruit (just strawberries today) into the oil and added it to the food processor. Processed until completely smooth and THEN added my cold ingredients ( vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream and 1 crushed up ice cube for extra coldness. ) Result was as smooth as yogurt and delicious! Coconut oil has really been a cure all for me. I've lost a little weight even though my fat intake is obviously higher since I haven't changed anything else in my diet, my nails are stronger and look more clear, and the stubborn cystic acne I get around my jawline have all flattened out. The redness is still there, but with makeup on you can't even tell and no new zits have popped up and my skin looks better now than it has since I started getting cystic acne about 4 years ago. Finally being able to use evco in smoothies is just gonna make it better!

Favourite way to consume Coconut Oil

Delicious Dairy Free Alternative Coconut Chocolate Spread: I like to get my daily dose of VCO by making a spread with 1 part coconut oil, 1 part agave, 2 parts raw cacao powder, pinch crystal salt, pinch stevia - stir. I love it on wholemeal organic spelt toast :).

Coconut Oil in Almond Milk: I am a big fan of coconut oil. My skin looks great and regular external usage has cured my acne.

To take it internally, I heat a small cup of warm vanilla almond milk in the microwave. Then, I add a spoonful of coconut oil. It's a delicious treat. I have also found that I no longer suffer from the intense sugar/carb cravings that I used to have before I started taking coconut oil.

First: Thank you very much for Earthclinic.com I have been using it for everything from kidney stones to acne and fibromyalgia and autism! Eventually I find something that works, usually try a couple before I am sure what it was that did the job, but it gets done! You help so many people, God bless you!

I have just finished reading "the reader" section on Coconut Oil and so many people find it hard to swallow! I have to share my recipe for Whoopie Pie cream, I make them for my four kids and they love the cream.
It is so light and creamy twice now, I've made a batch and eaten it all before I get the cake part made! My son with autism gets his MCFAs and anti-fungal, great trick! Better than the commercial candy, all natural or organic! Really, a frosting that will help you lose weight? Just kidding!

CHOCOLATE COCONUT OIL FROSTING
WHOOPIE PIE CREAM!

1/2 cup Organic Coconut Oil
2 Tbls. butter (optional)
1 heaping Tbls. Unsweetened Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of Sea Salt (optional)
1/4 cup of Organic Powdered Sugar

Whip the Coconut Oil and Butter, add the Vanilla, whip for a couple minutes (Whip it Good) Add pinch of Salt if desired and the Cocoa Powder, mix well and add the Sugar until mixture reaches desired sweetness.
If you add too much sugar, you can add more coconut oil and whip again! If you are only making the oil palettable, you can stop adding sugar when you can eat it.

This is the most amazing frosting on chocolate cake, or Whoopie Pie filling!
My kids love them. I asked my four-year-old, "Kenny, don't you want your Whoopie Pie?" he said, "That's O.K. Mommy, you can eat it, I will say 'Whoopie!'

I use Coconut oil to cook, and on my face everyday immediatly following the shower for rosacea and severe acne. It helps a lot!
I am starting internally today, after reading all the testimonies!
