I have 100% all natural coconut oil that has worked really well for my hair. At the age of 48 my hair is drier than it used to be and the pricey conditioner I have wasn't helping. The coconut oil has made an amazing difference in my hair and it hasn't ruined my dye job. But I leave mine on for about 45 mins. Not sure what the diff is between virgin and natural.

Warning

Coconut oil (EVCO) made my hair very soft and shiny but it stripped my salon hair dye out. I saw online that olive oil and coconut oil can do that. Maybe I will try Henna/Indigo dye next time (though I heard the Indigo can get stripped out too). Be careful it ruined my $60 dye job.
