Can anyone please share their experience with beginning Borax and what you personally take for minimum effective dose? I did just a pinch the first day but I felt almost too much energy as it was hard to sleep at night and I took my dose in the morning. Also have any of you felt this with 20 mule? Cause that’s the brand I’m using. All experiences are appreciated.
