I am using the heaping teaspoon in 1 liter of water method. I take 1 teaspoon 3x daily. I began using it for arthritis. It's been almost 3 months and I haven't seen any improvement at all. I feel frustrated after reading so many testimonials of how it has helped others. I'm not giving up yet, but I'm beginning to feel defeated.
