1. Apple Cider Vinegar

While apple cider vinegar is often taken in the morning, those who snore may do well to use it near bedtime. 1-3 teaspoons is added to a glass of water and consumed between dinner and bed time.

For those who cannot tolerate apple cider vinegar in water, apple cider vinegar pills often work quite well. Taking two with dinner or before bed would be an alternative to the tonic.
