I had the great results with Tomato Tea. Kicked my nasty sinus infection in record time! However, it's important to continue to take it when symptoms return to prevent your sinus congestion from coming back. I had to make about 4 or 5 over a course of 3 days (and I took the ACV too over a course of 5 days) before I was fully cured. Hope this helps! Jennifer

I can only tell you that this worked for me. I had 3 painful sinus infections within a six month period, all treated with antibiotics. Sometimes the pains in my head were so painful I actually cried. When I got the fourth infection, I started to read about natural cures, that is how I found this wonderful site. As soon as I felt the infection coming on, I took 2 cloves of garlic and chopped them up. I added that to a coffee cup full of tomato juice and added some fresh squeezed lemon and cayenne pepper. I repeated this twice the first day, once after breakfast and once later in the evening. The next day I only had to do it in the morning. It may not be appetizing, but you can drink it down quickly. It was like an instant cure. I have not gotten another sinus infection since. (I started getting them when I began working in an office full time that used to be a gym...I believe there was mold there.) Every time I have felt something sinus/throat related coming on, I use fresh garlic, usually on a slice of pizza to make it appetizing, and I don't get sick.

I was extremely skeptical about this since I have been suffering from a chronic sinus infection for over 2 months. I had in the past taken multiple doses of antibiotics with only moderate results. My health plan recently changed, so I figured I would give this a try before paying much more to go to the doctors. I picked up the ingredients, and tried Tabasco sauce as the hot sauce. I warmed it in the microwave for 1 minute. It smelled absolutely terrible, and the taste was not great. I could stomach it, but it was like taking shots of alcohol... you had to take a deep breath and slam as much as possible and hold it down. I didn't even finish the whole thing, but I finished 80% of it. Within an hour, and still, hours later, my sinuses are clearing up! My throat is sore from all the draining, but this cure definitely worked! I will try a second round tonight. Despite the terrible smell, and slightly less terrible taste, it was well worth it to finally get this cleared up, and for only $8 worth of ingredients! Thanks for the recipe!
