Hope my liver is not the culprit producing the yellow mucous in my left sinus, but after sitting upright reading this search result at 1:59 AM, my face feels better... and now I can breathe through my nose. Beside me now is a 16 ounce glass of cider vinegar (and free spring water from Route 2 in Jefferson, NH). I'm feeling better and better after every sip. Have used cider vinegar and water gargles from "The Vermont Doctors" vinegar and honey recipes for years and have always been astounded at the amount of material which drains from sinuses after a head back set of several seconds of warm water, vinegar and salt gargles.

Have stayed away from ice cream and other milk desserts for the reasons noted here. I believe fungus is another culprit but its difficult to stay away from all of them without living in a sealed box. I try to avoid or eliminate them from my breathing environment.

I took 2 rounds of Amoxicillin to try and get rid of a sinus infection brought on by allergies. When I ran out of medicine, I surfed to find a natural cure and ran across this information. I started drinking the mixture with honey and lemon and night and sipping your mixture during the day. I can't believe how much better I feel after only 3 days. Is it OK that Im doing both? I thought if I saturated myself really well in the beginning to get rid of the infection then I would cut down for maintenance. I still have quite a lot of drainage but I'm definitely better, my skin is great and I've lost 2 pounds.

I am continually prone to sinus infections due to allergies. I recently had a horrible sinus infection and didn't want to take yet another round of antibiotics. I searched the internet and found your website. I began drinking the Apple Cider Vinegar with water and the infection was gone almost overnight. I am planning to drink the ACV daily to keep my allergies in check and hopefully prevent future sinus infections. Thanks for the MIRACLE CURE!

Since stumbling on your webpage I have completly gotten off sinus meds. I went through the whole ACV diet but could never get the dose right. I have no doubt that the ACV healed me but sometimes if I took too much I felt like I would jump out of my skin!
