I went to the grocery store, bought some ACV, and went straight home to try it. That was at 6:30 in the evening. Over the next few hours I had about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of ACV, 1/8 of a cup at a time mixed with either apple juice or tea. By 11:00 that night I was already feeling better and by the next afternoon my sinus infection was almost completely gone with full relief that evening. Within 24 hours apple cider vinegar cured what no other medicine could even help to relieve in almost a week's time!!
I started my new job a month later in March and since then have once again had health insurance but haven't had to use it. If I feel myself getting even a little sniffle, runny nose or sore throat, I take 1/8 cup of ACV mixed in with some tea and wipe out whatever illness may have been coming. I would recommend this to anyone and it is the cheapest medicine you can find at less than $2 a bottle. Thank you so much for this website! It has really helped me and I hope it continues to help others with great advice.
