Warning
Double check on the tanning bed. My research showed that they had little to none of the range of uv light that had an impact on psoriasis and of course they are known to be hard on your skin long term. The uv therapy that is considered safest and most effective is UVB narrowband. Good luck!!! And I hope you check back in with good results and more info to share with all who are at war with this condition.
