Hibiscus tea to increase circulation despite obstructions and beetroot juice to remove them and repair the damage they've done. Drink, then take a nap.

When you awake, if your legs don't feel a whole lot better, go to the bathroom, get a drink of water or otherwise deal with whatever prompted you to get out of bed and then, go back to bed and to sleep to allow the body to zip up whatever work it was doing before it woke you and otherwise prepare for your wakefulness- THEN get up when next it wakes you.

Don't overdo it. I got 8 ounce bottles of beetroot juice so I could take a shot of it on an empty stomach in the morning and drink a small amount of hibiscus tea in the afternoon - every other day. The difference has been profound, from day one.

Hibiscus tea to restore circulation and beetroot juice to further support better circulation and make repairs.
