For Perioral Dermatits: the trigger is yeast! -Which is in almost everything if you look at the ingredients - Kit Kits, veggie burgers, wine, pastries, chips, etc. Read ingredients! Do not eat any yeast. Please spread this! People think it is gluten, or almonds, or strawberries. It is ingestion of yeast.
