I don't know about the horseradish, but the apple cider vinegar and onion works for age spots. Half onion juice and apple cider vinegar. I couldn't be bothered squeezing the onion so I just cut the onion up what I thought was half the ACV and used each night and morning. It was amassed over 8 weeks and it slowly disappeared.

I've been using Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother and onion powder and that seems to be working for me after only 4 days. They are starting to lighten up.

Finely chop or blend an onion, and use a strainer or cheese cloth to squeeze and extract the juice.

Take one part of Apple Cider Vinegar and one part of onion juice and mix them together.

Dab a cotton pad into the solution and apply it directly onto the age spots.

Repeat this once a day for approximately 6 weeks and you should begin to notice a gradual improvement. If the spots have not completely disappeared after the 6 weeks but they have started to fade, keep repeating the process until they do.

To speed up the process, you can mix 3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar into a mug full of water (hot or cold), and drink this twice daily for a month. This will not only improve your age spots, but it will also give you a healthy young glow and make you feel energized and active. If you find the taste of the vineger to be too strong, try adding a tablespoon of honey as a natural sweetener.

Follow up: I'm so happy because I've spent alot of money on all off these so called creams which are expensive and DON'T help.

However, the onion process is TERRIBLE -- you hve to use about 12 medium size onions halfed, I used a lemon juice presser (a machine). I wear contact lenses and I didn't have the runny eyes that most folk become.

After that I used a sieve to make sure the juice was pure. Then I added it to a little plastic bottle and filled it up with apple cider vinegar.

It smells when you put it on your hands, but if you want the results then apply in the evenings when you are settled.

I've started to use it on my chest, I have two [age spots] which are really noticeable and please believe me, I left the cotton wool soaked with the remedy and my daughter just recently said Mama, they don't look any more so big, and she is right they look smaller and smaller every day.

A good tip every night when the adverts come on T.V I use it because it dries up really quickly!!

If you want to know anything else reactions and so on I'm pleased to help. I'm totally happy because I had NO faith in anything including the doctors.

I'm 42 years old and I've had age spots on the back of my hands for over 10 years. I've tried everything including laser to have them removed but nothing was successful until I tried apple cider vinegar mixed with onion juice and believe it or not after just 3 weeks I'm so amazed at the results, I want to tell the world. I use it 3 to 5 times per day for 5 days then 2 days rest. I hope my good remedy will help other young women as I had a complex with the spots.
