I have been trying th ACV and oil pulling for a couple of weeks, and so far, I don't see a difference in anything....energy, allergis, eczema, aches, etc. I am losing hope since everyone else sees the results in a few days. I have been using 2 tbsp ACV in 8 oz grape juice and swishing 2 tbsp of sesame oil

I had received email from your site some time ago and just left it sitting in the IN box thinking there might be some healthy choices I could make in order to regain my health. Last night I start OP and now am doing more reading n the ACV and Baking Soda. I have known some time about the health benefits of alkaline diet and keeping the body in an alkaline environment.

Like many, I have become lax and lazy in my eating and fitness. I am 60 lbs overweight and my joints ache just about everywhere but especially my fingers. I am 55 years YOUNG and feel 80 some days. I started OP last night with virgin olive oil and SWISHED while I sat in the infrared sauna. This morning I noticed my hands were not as stiff an swollen as they have been these past few days. I am currently SWISHING a mouthful of sesame oil as I check my email. I intend to get some organic ACV and start the plan for the weight loss as well as reintroduce myself to my treadmill. I will keep you posted and become a regular on the site. I am looking forward to getting my life back. Thank you.
