Studies seem to show that colloidal silver can deactivate viruses, but it didn't seem to help MC for me. I used colloidal silver spray a few times while the MC was still developing as fleshy bumps in the months before it had made fully developed white cores.

I think you need some way to get the colloidal silver to fully absorb into the infected skin for it to deactivate the viruses. But because the MC virus first gets deep in the under layers of skin it's not easy to get the colloidal silver down there.

Methylene blue 0.1% and DMSO to help get the MB deeper into the skin + red light seemed to work much better for me.
