I have good results changing up my anti-inflammatory supplements, rotating them, as it were. I find that most work for a while and then they do not work as well, hence the rotation. I had set this one aside for a time and used other things: turmeric, quercitin, Augmented NAC, methylene blue, cytisine, etc. I went back to this today and had total relief of all symptoms. Here are the ingredients: mung bean extract & EGCG. I've only ever found one supplement which has these in it, and you can find it too on the "longest river in the world" website. (not sure if we may say or no) It's indicated for musculoskeletal pain, costochondritis, inflammation, chronic fatigue, pre-diabetes, diabetes, constipation, arthritis, lupus, allergies and a number or other ailments.
