My wife had a kidney stone and was willing to try anything to avoide surgery. She tried the olive oil and lemon juice for a couple of days. Her pain came and went during a two week period. She was scheduled for surgery to remove it. The morning of surgery they did an ultasound and discovered that the stone was no longer present, and was spared the surgery.

Hello. I tried this same remedy: One shot of lemon juice followed by one shot of olive oil first thing in the morning and before I went to bed. I did this remedy before I had a scheduled ct-scan to determine where the kidney stones were to schedule the laser surgery to remove them. ( I had a ultrasound before that confirm that I had kidney stones). When I went back to the urologist for the results of the ct-scan he said that my kidneys were clear. He asked, "what did you do"? I told him the remedy and he said.. Ahhh yeah.. The lemon juice dilutes the stones and it is easier to pass them. Of course he was not going to tell me this when I went the first time. He took x-rays, then sent me for ultrasound and then the CT Scan. Thank you.. Thank you.. Thank you EC and everyone who shares their post. I saved $1800 which is the deductible from my insurance for surgery.

I had to go to the store which was a challenge in itself, but, bought the ingredients, came home, mixed it up at 1:30, and by 4:30 the pain I've had for 6 days went away. TRY IT! I have had calcium renal calculi diagnosed in both kidneys. One kidney was almost completely occluded with stone, and the other very full as well. I had lithotripsy followed by numerous surgeries. After the first 3 surgeries, my surgeon gave up referring me to another dr saying he 'couldn't get the angle' I then finally got all the rest of them out at LI Jewish Hospital. All of this happened concurrent to my breast cancer surgery and treatment. I was experiencing a return of flank pain and I saw this purge online and tried it. Following a 2x2 dose of lemon juice and olive oil, I passed 18 stones painlessly. I was surprised to see all the stones in one go come out of me ranging in diameter similiar to that of grains of sand which earlier caused me great pain, sweats and racking nausea. I now use this whenever I get signs of pain.

Been suffering for 5 weeks with a kidney stone. Between Doctor appointments, ultrasound, waiting for results, not been able to pee properly. I found this website. No word of a lie. I mixed up the lemon juice/olive oil at 9:00 pm march 11/12. Repeated again at 7:30 am march 12/12. By 3:00 pm that day I passed a 9mm stone (PAIN FREE) I can't belive it. I passed a stone 10 years ago 3mm and went thru hell in the process. All kidding aside this shit works.

I always know that I have kidney stones back to several years ago and just a day after the Valentines day, my left testicles start to get pain and it goes around my back and then to my left legs, I know this kind of pain is different from the "normal" pain and this is the "Stone Pain" instead of taking medication. I took the Lemon & Olive Oil remedy. 2 teaspoon of Lemon juice, and 3 teaspoon of Olive oil, down with a large glass of distilled water approx 1Litre. 45 Mins later I gotta pee, and guess what the stone with a size of the seeds of a papaya came out, and immediately the pains are gone (actually up to 20 mins after that 1L of water the pain is starting to go away). This is really working! Whoever shared this info Thank you very very much! Muakkkkk!

I'm so glad I decided to give this remedy a try! I was up last night with kidney stone pain. I knew that's what it was as I've had them in the past, and one time I even had to have surgery with basket removal to remove a large one. I am currently BFing my daughter, so the thought of Rx pain meds or surgery was not appealing to me. I ran across this site and the olive oil lemon juice remedy and thought I would give it a try. So... At 4AM I drank 1T OO and 2T cold lemon juice and approx 32 oz water. It was awful tasting, but by 530AM I was asleep with no pain. I'm not sure what it's doing to the stone, but I'm just so happy the pain is gone :). I'll try it again with 2T OO/2T LJ tonight. Thanks again for posting this remedy. I'm so happy I decided to try it!

For the past several days I have had severe pain from a 4mm kidney stone in my left kidney. I had a CT Scan that confirmed the stone had moved into the tube between kidney and bladder. My urologist prescribed Vicodin and said it should pass in 2 to 3 weeks. There was absolutely no way that I was going to wait that long so I started researching on line and found this site. After reading the entries, I drove myself the grocery store and bought the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a bottle of concentrated Lemon Juice and I drank both last night before I went to bed. Around 2:00 AM this morning I had some serious pain as the stone started moving down to my bladder, but the pain passed in about 30 minutes or so. This morning I got up and drank the olive oil, but instead of mixing the lemon juice into it, I made myself a big glass of lemonade with it and stirred in some honey. Big difference in taste and was so good I had two glasses. Around 1:00 PM this afternoon I saw sand like particles in my urine and at 5:00 PM this evening I passed the stone!

I am a believer. I have had stones twice before, once nearly 30 years ago and again just last month. Both were very painful and long duration experiences. I'm sure the lemon juice did help to break up the stone and the olive oil helped ease it out.

It now also makes sense as to why I had the stones in the first place. I'm sure they built up over time as I am prone to them, but for the past six weeks I have been actively losing weight and every morning I have been eating Grapefruit and an orange or two during the day as part of my diet plan. Citric acid, just like from the lemon has been slowly eating away at the stones and they got small enough to move out of my kidneys. At least that is my theory!

In any event, I will not soon forget this recipe for getting rid of kidney stones. Thank you! :)

I must say I thank god I found this site been suffering with Kidney stones for the last 6 years or so had surgery had them blasted. I started having an attack again so dreading going through the surgery or blasting I began searching alternative treatments and found this site about olive oil and lemon juice. So I said let me try- it's cheap, what do I have to lose and both ingredients are healthy. So I began the cocktail. Well to my surprise PAIN IS GONE, STONES ARE GONE And I'm not in medical debt.

To those of you skeptical and suffering from these beasts in your kidneys please, please try the olive oil remedy you won't be disappointed.

Woke up feeling 100% better and NO PAIN.

I am very grateful to everyone for this remedy. I suffered through the pain for 4 days and it was getting worse by the day and I was getting desperate. I also couldn't afford to go to a doctor.

Thank you very kindly everyone for this great posting. I went to the Doctor during the New Year and it was reported nothing could be traced on my urine. However, I was experiencing extremely burning sensation during urinating time. The Doctor offered me to go for scanning instead just to make sure everything was alright with me. At the same time, the Doctor prescribed me some antibiotics which according to the Chemist it was just a general antibiotic type. After taking this antibiotic for 5 days, I was still feeling really unwell and I am sure if you had the same experience before you would understand how exactly I felt.

This afternoon, the pain was just unbearable and I was searching all over the Internet until I came across your home remedy. I rushed to the shops and got myself a bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 2 fresh lemons. It worked perfectly and the pain seems to disappear into thin air although with the side effect like feeling nausea.

To everyone here, a very BIG thank you from me to all you for posting your kind suggesstions and comments. Thanking you very kindly. Kind regards, Bec.

I woke up at 130 this morning with pain from an obvious kidney stone. It waqs not severe at that time. I took 2 pain pills and tried to go back to sleep. By 630 my pain was 9 on a scale of 10 and I know the 10 it can reach. Looked on the internet and found your site. I live in Costa Rica and went out to my lemon tree grabbed 4 lemons. Mixed with olive oil. Within an hour I was pain free. Totally amazed! Not sure if it will be returning, but I have a whole tree full of lemons and the last drink has lasted at least 12 hours.

I am so happy I found this site! I have had numerous kidney stones over the years and always ended up in the hospital to pass them. I felt that old familiar pain yesterday and decided to try to find relief at home and I found this site. I tried the olive oil and lemon juice remedy, except I decided to just use four ozs of lemon juice instead and leave out the olive oil since I didn't have any. I slugged down the lemon juice and then followed it up with 2 more doses of 2 ozs of lemon juice in a cup of hot water with a small amount of sugar (hot lemonade!!! ) and within an hour my pain was down by half. I continued drinking hot lemonade and this morning I can't even tell I passed a kidney stone. It's just amazing. You saved me a lot of time, money and agony of going to the hospital. I hate hospitals! Thanks so much!

Have had stones in past and got through them by drinking lots of water. This time stone only moved from back to left side and stabbing pain became unbearable. Found this web page (thank God) and took first dose of 2 oz olive and 2 oz lemon juice, washing down with glass of water, about 9am. Used Ibuprofen and Diazapam (muscle relaxer) to mitigate pain for about 10 hours. Took second dose of olive oil and lemon juice at 9pm.

Slept through the night and woke up and the PAIN was GONE. A little residual ache from stone being in place for so long, but couple of Ibuprofen solved that. Thanks to everyone for this remedy. Keeping oil and juice on hand for next time.

I can confirm that this remedy works. Two days after Christmas, about 6.30 PM I got strong pain in my lower back, with no prior announcements (except some tendernes in my groin region and car driving became unpleasant). After initial cramp pain subsided for little it moved to front lower abdomen. Tried warm showers that eased it somewhat but at 3AM I could stand no more and went to ER. After giving me anesthetic that did not help much, was sent to urinary clinic, examined by ultrasound that revealed no larger stones, urine tests that showed some blood and finally X ray clearly displayed 3-4mm stone at the entrance of ureter (tube that connects kidney and bladder). They gave me another stronger anesthetic by injection and pain finally relieved. I was told by Dr. to drink lots of water, 3-5 liters a day and walk as much as possible. If that doesn't work they'll have to put the probe up to my penis and ureter to remove the stone. It sounded as an ugly procedure. I was given pain medications. My wife found this oil/lemon remedy on the net and I've tried it. Used 60mL of olive oil and 60ml of squieezed lemon juice, mixed in a glass. I must say that it did lower the pain after a first drink. It was evening, when pain usually increase. Next day I had 2 drinks, in the morning and evening. I did not walk much as it was unplesant but not painful. On a 3rd day had another drink and went away for a walk, about 2 km. Came home and pissed out some blood and black stone chunks, some 3 pieces with no pain at all. Continued to drink lemonade and herbal teas to wash out urinary system and prevent infections.

So, seems that it works, both in pain reduction and expelling those painful SOBs.

Regards to everyone and Happy New Year.

Like thousands of others, I suffered from very severe pain with kidney stone. From the CT Scan, my doc requested that I should undergo surgery immediately, approx. 6.5mm.

Thanks to this online forum, I adopted all the recommendation from this page: lemon juices, apple cidar vinegar, olive oil, and distilled water. Keep drinking them in combinations all day long for 7 days, using oat meal and organic honey to help relieve bad taste and stomach discomfort.

Doc also prescibes me pain killer, uniary tract antibotics and flomax to help increase the urine flow. I have no fever all along!

Stone finally passed out on the 7th day morning! When I bring it in for analysis, my doc is amazed by the size and my ability to pass.

I cannot tell which remedy is the ultimate solution, but the price I paid from taking all these together are so small compared to having to go to the surgery room.

Since this forum has saved me this Christmas, I just want to share this with the rest! Sincere thanks to the previous posts!

It's 8pm and at 6:45 pm I drank 4 oz. of fresh squeezed lemon juice followed by 4 oz. of extra virgin olive oil, followed by 1 liter of H2O.

My kidney stone pain was at about a 5/10, now it's at a 2/10. This is my second bout with the pesky buggers and a nurse I spoke with on the phone refused to even make me an appointment, rather, she insisted that I come to the emergency room tonight. I can't afford to, so I was planning on coming home and drinking a few beers-which also helped me with my first go round. However, I didn't like the side effects (drunkeness for a light weight like me).

This remedy is AMAZING!! I'm going to have another lemon juice EVOO elixer before bed. Gracias a Dios!

YEA!!! Here it goes. Went to the ER with very strong pain from the abdominal towards the groin area. CT picked up a 3-4mm kidney stone. Spent almost 2 weeks on cocktail pills. Pain was in and out with different intensity for another 4 weeks. Started around 7:00P.M on Dec 08/12 the therapy with 60ml OO/LJ followed by 2 long glases of water approx. 0. 950L. Then every 30 min another 2 glases of water for about 2 hrs. Woke up the next morning and around 7:00 AM took the second shot of the OO/LJ mixture. I kept doing this for 3 days. Dec 12/12 approx. 2 hrs after the mixture I felt faint movements in the lower abdomen/upper bladder area. 5 min later the stone popped out with almost no pain at all. Dark color at around 4mm, flat with small corners.

I will keep taking the cure till the whole "thing" is flushed out.... Broke off I am not sure. I will keep posted....

It Works. Try it out. It Works.

Great website. Thank you very much guys for the this excellent website.

My husband found that he had a 3mm kidney stone in an ER. The doctor said he should be able to pass the stone with the help of a medication that helps dialate the ureter. An ER nurse suggested that we look up lemon juice on internet as she heard that it could help prevent kidney stone. My husband took the medicine for 4 days, drank lots of water mixed with some lemon juice, while suffering from severe pain, nausea, fever, chills, but there was no sign of stone.

Then I found this website and decided to try the recipe right away. I mixed 2 oz lemon juice with 2 oz olive oil. My husband drank it and followed by a big glass of water. Amazingly, the next day he passed the stone. The stone broke into smaller pieces. We're so thankful that we found this website and the recipe. Good luck to all who have kidney stones.

I have been suffering with painful kidney stones for 4 months that the doctor kept saying "it will pass". I was miserable. I had read about this remedy, but since it really makes no sense to me I never tried it. However, I finally caved in and did the olive oil/lemon juice mixture twice per day starting yesterday. By this morning the bladder spasm and pain was greatly improved and this afternoon I had some mucus come out with my urine. About an hour later out came that darn stone! Who knows how it works or if it is coincidence, but I am very happy the pain in gone.

I have had kidney stones before so I know what the pain feels like and where it's located. The pain was concentrated on my left lower back and it radiated forward to my pelvic area. I took codeine 300-30 mm tablets to lessen the pain but after 24 hours, not even this pill was helping. After enduring 24 hours of agony I decided to try the 2oz lime juice-2oz olive oil remedy and within one hour I was already feeling much better. However, the pain intensified for a few minutes on the second hour as the stone made its way out. I drank several glasses of water after I took the remedy to help me flush out the stone. This remedy worked for me. I have no idea what size stone I passed because I did not go to the hospital to get an x-ray but whatever its size; it passed. I did not see it come out when I urinated so it was probably a small one. Drinking the remedy was not that bad. I had an after taste of the olive oil for a couple of hours but other than that I was fine.

This works! 2 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz of olive oil. Within 45 minutes of gulping down this nasty mixture I was pain free. Like night and day! For me, the pain may have intensified slightly after swallowing it. But well worth it. This was 5 days ago and still no pain. Anyone know why I now must urinate twice as often as before this cure? Perhaps frequency of urine will adjust back over time?

A big "thank you" to the author of this remedy! My first bout of kidney stones was on Easter Sunday 2005 at the age of 43 - I didn't know if I had injured my back, burst my appendix, or had kidney stones. In extreme pain, my wife rushed me to the hospital's ER where a long ridiculous process started. To make a long story short, a CT scan found a lodged 4mm stone between my left kidney and urthea and after 2 nights of being drugged up on morphine and an IV drip continuosly going, I left the hospital still in pain. The stone did eventually pass.

Over the next few years I experienced passive kidney stones now and then with little discomfort - until yesterday - another full blown pain in the kidney area radiating to my back doubling me over. Not wanting to go though the 14K hospital fiasco again, I did research and as luck would have it, found this site.

The bout started at about 7:00PM, came and subsided in waves of 5~10 minutes apart - I hadn't eaten dinner yet so nausea wasn't too bad. At 8:00PM I drank the 2oz olive oil / 2oz lemon juice concoction - within a few hours the waves of pain lessoned. I drank 5 tall glasses of water during this whole time and was urinating every hour throughout the night. By morning the pain was gone - and by noon today I was back to normal.

I never would have thought a remedy like this would stop such a severe pain!

Thank you! :)

Muakkkkk!

I tried and still I have not passed the stone in my right ureter size 11 mm.

I drank about a 200 ml bottle with lemon ( 2oz 2oz) continusly for two days.

Looks like the remedy depends on person to person.
