Lemon juice and olive oil for kidney stones definitely works- took my husband to the ER they gave him morphine sent him home with prescription for oxycodone - he had to take two at a time to manage the pain- meds were running out and I found this website, thank God.

2oz of lemon juice with 2 oz of olive oil did the trick. Took one dose at night and the other at 10am next morning -went 24hrs without pain. Well, it wore off and he was hurting- gave him the mixture again and a dose of oxycodone- he went thru the night with no pain and still no pain.

So it works but it will wear off so you have to keep taking it.

Now that I haven't had any symptoms in 8 months, I believe that the lemon dissolved the stone. Now drinking water 1,5-2 l/day, I hope it helps to keep another stone away.

I have had urology problems for many years, and have had lithotripsy twice for separate stones. On both occasions the surgical method was successful for bladder stones. On both occasions the stone has sat in the bladder and has behaved like a float, and blocked off the urethra stopping urine flow. The first time caused intense pain, "epididymitis orchitis" and and septicemia. The reason this happened in the first place was because I had a urethral stricture in the early 90's.

Urologists sorted this by grafting skin from my leg to create a new and enlarged urethra. Now with this treatment you would think it was "job done" but it was if anything the cause of my "epididymitis orchitis" in 2009. The cause was the skin graft in the 90's had hair follicles which grew internally through the urethra and thus restricting flow, retaining urine and over time creating a 10cm stone which suddenly started to release toxins and produce immense pain. I had a repeat of the same in 2010 which was sorted by lithotripsy and the hair inside the urethra was all burned away by laser treatment.

Now I have a new stone and as before the stone settles at the neck of the urethra or somewhere close by. The position stops the urine flow by acting as a stopper. When laying down the stone rests on the nerves around the edge of the bladder which is damn uncomfortable as I always think I need a wee.

Anyway, I do not relish the thought of yet another hospital stay so have been looking at your pages and "cures" concerning this. I have been using the olive oil/lemon juice option and can report very good results so far with the stone quite obviously breaking down and being expelled as gravel. I am encouraged by the results so far and I will update some more in next few days. I set out to try anything that saves the surgical intervention.

Your website is a Godsend. My husband has had over 40 kidney stones in is life. Friday night I had to take him to the emergency room he was in so much pain. He had a 5mm stone they kept him overnight on morphine.

Then I found this website and Sunday I gave him one dose of the two ounces of bottled lemon juice and 2 ounces of extra virgin olive oil in some water (we also put some apple cider vinegar in it).

We repeated that 3 times on Monday. Tuesday morning he got up and passed the stone. He has never passed the stone that fast. He had no more pain after starting the regimen. Thank you so much!

My second round of kidney stones, and my second round of success with this incredibly efficient (if not a little nasty) cure! Since now I understand what kidney stones feel like, I was able to take a first does immediately after feeling my kidney pain, which I think made a difference in keeping the pain manageable.

I took 2 ounces of fresh lemon juice, added 1.5 ounces of olive oil (shaken together) followed by about a quart of water. I went to bed about an hour later, with the pain reduced enough to allow me to sleep. Repeated in the morning, after breakfast, and although this made my stomach feel horrible, the pain completely disappeared by the afternoon.

I also experienced a sickening headache, which I think must have to do with eliminating all the bad stuff. Luckily, as I continued drinking water all day, the headache cleared by the evening.

Good luck to you all--I am so grateful to have an easily accessible remedy to such a painful condition.

Hi, 37 yr/female -IT WORKED FOR ME :) I CANT BELIEVE IT!!

I had a kidney stone 4mm last year, went to ER immense pain, was given cat scan, pain pills Flomax the same as everyone else and sent home pat on the back good luck. I writhed around in pain even with pills for 3 days and finally pasted the stone UGH ...........SO here's where this remedy comes in , I get another ct scan for concern of kidney stones because my likelihood to have them with IBD ( ulcerative colitis) and bummer I have a 3 mm stone sitting in kidney. I said NO WAY am I going to wait for this thing to attack me. I was NOT in ANY pain when I started this.

This is what I did exactly:

@1030am I took 2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 ounce olive oil mixed together and drank down ( I didn't do two oz of oil because I have a sensitivity to fats/oils) followed by 3 liters of water over the next 6hrs then I repeated above recipe remedy at 430pm then drank 1.5 liters of water. Went to bed after peeing A BUNCH in a urine collector, woke up @630am -peed and BAM there was a stone!!! I DIDN'T FEEL IT AT ALL, NO JOKE DIDN'T KNOW TILL I LOOKED!!! AMAZING!! I measured it on ruler 3mm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I seriously can't believe the difference between this stone passing and my last experience. What a relief this was!

*note: after second dose I felt the lemon was way more acidic feeling in my stomach and was a bit scared that it was gonna burn my insides and I got kinda gassy and heartburn feeling ( took baking soda and relieved that)

* a bit after 1st dose I got a little nausea feeling, probably oil, didn't vomit, wasn't too bad drank hot ginger water

* somewhere in this day I did this I got diarrhea 2x

* I forgot at 1230 pm ( 2hrs after first dose) I swallowed 1TBL organic Apple cider vinegar mixed with a few ounces juice.

I've had kidney stones at least 4 times, the last incident was this year. I'm thankful that my daughter told me about the lemon juice and olive oil home remedy, along with the water chaser and then 30 minutes later an apple cider vinegar with lemon juice (everything has to be absolutely organic and no additives). Within a few hours I was relieved of the excruciating pain. No horrendous medical costs and quick relief. The second part to this is to keep those suckers from coming back. Follow this list and it will most likely eliminate forever another excruciating bout with the stones.

Eliminate these food items from your diet:

Caffeine; Sugar and artificial sweeteners; Added salt; Carbonated drinks; Dairy foods and processed foods. Decrease your intake of animal protein and leafy greens like spinach, okra, swiss chard.

I've been following this and so far have not had another incident.

I can't speak for anybody else, but I heartily recommend lemon juice. I have had kidney stones twice in the last two years. The first time I went to the emergency room, where they told me I had a kidney stone. They gave me some pain pills and sent me home. The pain pills did very little and the pain was unlike anything I had ever felt. I came upon a web site that recommended lemon juice and olive oil. I mixed a couple of ounces of each and down the hatch it went. An hour later I repeated the procedure. Within the next hour I felt a lessening of the pain and by morning I was pain free.

Fast forward to last night. Once again, the sudden excruciating pain. This time I was ready and within 3 hours I was back to normal. I can promise I will never be without lemon juice and olive oil. I must warn you, olive oil isn't the most sumptuous taste and the lemon juice will make you pucker. The results are well worth the taste.

This mix of just 2oz lemon juice with 2oz olive oil worked so fast in stopping the awful pain caused by a 6ml kidney stone, it is an amazing cure. Here is the story, this is the first time I have kidney stones so I really didn't know what I was dealing with, only that the pains were worse than childbirth!

I had excruciating pains on and off for 10 days before I ended up at the ER, in Florida, dehydrated and desperate with pain on the left flank and lower abdomen. The scan results came indicating a 6ml stone in the left kidney, and traces of other stones having already passed. I spent 3 days in the hospital with IV, unable to eat because I would throw up everything, even water. The 3rd day the pains didn't come for 12 hours and the doctors discharged me with a painkiller and vomiting prescription, telling me to comeback in a week!!!! Happily I went home, but 3 hours later the pain and weakness came started to comeback.

In desperation I googled Earthclinic and so the top cure! I squeezed the lemon an oil, whisked it together and gulped down, in 15 minutes I was a normal person again, the pain disappeared, and no more tiredness and dizziness. Now this doesn't last, every 4 hours or so I have take another shot of this or the pain comes with the other awful feelings of nausea, sweating, just unwell. But this beats all the other drugs for pain that I was given at the hospital, I had morphine and oxicodone (can't remember the spelling of this one). The stone still there, it's only 12 hours since I started the olive oil/ lemon juice treatment but I got the pain under control, totally pain free for every few hours until next dose of lemon and oil. I still need to read more about kidney stones treatment and prevention. A million thanks to Earth Clinic and all those who shared their stories, Thank God you guys are around!

My 5mm kidney stone was diagnosed in June, when it moved from ureter to my bladder. No pain after that, the doctor told me to call again if it doesn't pass until the end of August. I started to study some more about this and found this site a few weeks ago. I was sure that the stone was still there and had a few days of olive oil & lemon juice, and nothing happened then. Yesterday I had an ultra sound test and surprisingly the stone had disappeared! I was totally surprised. I'm not quite sure if it was the olive oil & lemon combination as I had started adding lemon juice in my water earlier. My guess is that it's the lemon that made the stone dissolve so that I didn't feel absolutely anything. I didn't notice any sediment in my urine either. I also have been eating normally, not limiting any other than rhubarb basically. Drinking a lot more water than I used to of course. And lemon juice is there to stay!

A kidney stone was found in my right kidney weeks ago. There was some blood in my urine but that was the only symptom until a week and a half ago when I started feeling like I had to urinate all the time. This increased until the past couple of days, when I have had constant urge to urinate and burning. It was unbearable last night and I couldn't sleep. Advil didn't help at all. Then I found out there was a bottle of straight lemon juice in fridge.

I did 1/2 juice 1/2 olive oil, probably about an ounce of each. After about 30 minutes or so (not exactly sure how long), burning lessened and need to pee diminished and suddenly I was comfortable and could relax and go to sleep. I don't know if stone passed but I don't think so. Still comfortable this morning. Why didn't I do this sooner!!! Thanks.

Just a quick note. I found this site while searching for relief from this 5mm painful kidney stone. I have been fighting with this since November 2014. It is now July 16,2015 and I started yesterday at 6:30 pm and twice did the 2 oz each of virgin olive oil and lemon juice. I could hardly get a couple of table spoons of urine out yesterday. After consuming this mixture twice, 6:30 pm and 10:00 pm. I was up every thirty minutes until 1:30 with a good urine stream and NO PAIN!!! I am so amazed. Will post when stone is passed. I am so amazed. I have been on meds from the doctor off and on since November one to open up the tubes and one for pain. This beat all of that hands down.. I am so looking forward to this stone going away...

On the afternoon of June 22, I experienced extreme left side pain and stomach ache which led to vomiting. This went on for a few hours until I finally had to go to the hospital emergency room after the pain got even worse. I was diagnosed with kidney stones and given intravenous pain killers and anti nausea medication. The doctor wanted me to do a CAT scan to be sure as I had never had kidney stones before and he wanted to make sure that was the problem. I declined and went home with some hydrocodone pain killers. It was only a few hours at home and I was in dire pain again and vomiting up the medication before it could help with the pain.

After a few hours of this, back to the emergency room. More IV pain meds, fluids. and anti-nausea medication. This time the CAT scan showed a 4mm stone in my left ureter near the bladder and a 2.5mm stone still in my left kidney. I went home with Oxycodone pain meds and this time anti nausea meds. For the next 6 days I was on pain killers and ibuprophen waiting for the stone to pass. No luck until I got frustrated and concerned about losing a kidney so I went online searching for information.

I read the earth clinic information about the benefits of drinking 2 oz. fresh lemon juice with olive oil. It was 11:30 pm. and I only had one small lemon in the house so I squeezed it and drank it down with 1 oz. olive oil. I was still in pain throughout the night and had to take some pain meds.

The next morning I went to the store and bought a bunch of lemons.

I started taking the 2 oz. lemon juice/ 2 oz. olive oil/ 12 oz. water every 4 hours. A total of 5 doses that day. Almost immediately, the pain subsided.

The next day one 2 oz. lemon/ 2 oz. oil at 10 am. and another in the afternoon.

I have not had any pain since. Drinking lot's of water throughout the day but have not passed the kidney stone.

Why don't doctors even mention the benefits of lemon juice? They prescribed dangerous pain killers, flomax which has serious side effects, and who knows how long I would have suffered had I not stumbled on your website.

Sincerely, thank you!

I have used lemon juice and Olive oil for about a month and half now. I used 1 Lemon with 1 oz olive oil with apple cider vinegar occasionally two to three times a day and I do the trampoline jump almost everyday. I had an ultra sound test recently and found the stone is about the same size and is still at the same location at the upper pole of the left kidney.

5mm stone left uvj! Started the Lemon water few days ago and added the olive oil yesterday.

Actually went crazy with the lemon water yesterday. Got up about 6 times last night but just now I had some good sediment in my urine! Looks like this works along with the Flomax. Actually, had no pain other than some small throbs here and there.

Hopefully, all will flush!

I was diagnosed a 6mm kidney stone on my left kidney, it is my third kidney stone in 40 years. I found this site with a natural cure, so I try it today and drank 2 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz of extra virgin olive oil mixture as instructed two times today with 6 to 8 cups of distill water. Later today, I found my throat hurt. It's probably from the lemon juice and the taste is awful. At the same time I found an advertising of Renavive from this site. Would anyone have tried it?

I agree, Hydrangea is the way to go! I had 9 stones spotted by tests, so I always have a bottle on hand for when I first feel it.

I bought the first one in to my Dr's office, a 6mm stone, and everyone wanted to know how I passed it with little pain! I told them Hydrangea and always little, or no pain! The stone seemed smooth, easier to pass, maybe the hydrangea?

I tried that stonebreaker liquid once with Hydragea, that stone came out falling apart, so I would suggest trying that combo with a larger stone. I also try to drink more then 100 oz of non caffeine liquid a day.

I waited until I knew if it worked or not before posting. After finding this site, I tried the 2 oz. Lemon Juice / 2 oz. Olive Oil treatment after experiencing the familiar pain (This was my third kidney stone in the last three years.) I took the dosage twice a day, morning and evening for three days and kept well hydrated. Pain went away within the first hour. Some mild discomfort for the next two days. From the third day forward, no symptoms.

My first stone three years ago was excruciating but passed within two days, in the hospital. Second stone was 13 months ago and excruciating. It was surgically removed after 5 days of agony.

I'm a believer.

I passed a stone of undetermined size and composition from my left kidney early Weds morn while at the ER (worst pain of my life). Honestly, I ditched the four prescriptions they were pushing on me and sought a natural means of passing the six total stones of 3-4mm size still left in my kidneys, per a CT scan (can't wait for that bill). So far, I'm impressed with this site and the results of this remedy!

Began the 2oz lemon juice/2oz olive oil remedy + added about 1oz apple cider vinegar yesterday at about 3pm and then again around 5:30pm.

Noticed by 8pm that night, BOTH kidneys were starting to spasm and the pain and nausea increased to about 5/10 (took some ibuprofen, which helped).

Pursued the remedy this morning and at lunch, and I notice each time, after about 20-30 min, there's some spasming in both kidneys and what feels like slight pain in my lower abdomen going from my kidneys to bladder.

Can anyone tell me if this is a normal experience, that the spasming and slight pain in the sides is a true sign of passing broken up stones?

3 months ago I felt this worst pain in my life, I came to know that I have several kidney stones from both of my kidneys. Based on my ultrasound result I have 8 stones with (4/8 are 7-8mm in size). The doctor prescribed me a medicine but since I was so worried, I did a research and tried ACV (little sip daily) and lemon juice with water as my normal intake of water everyday. I also tried the lemon juice with olive oil (2oz, 2x a day) for 2 weeks, I don't know but I believe it worked. I passed a stone after a week but I still continued to drink the medicine and the mixture. A month ago, I went back to the doctor since I was feeling some side effects, I am not sure if it was from the medicine or from the mixture. Before the the doctor prescribed me another medicine (herbal - cystone), I did the ultrasound first to see if there was a development, I was surprised, my kidney stones are gone (not literally gone, from 8 stone to 2 stones left). The large stones are gone. I know it worked (the mixture).

PS: You may experience heartburn and acid reflux from taking these mixtures but its worth a try. Good luck people! :)

There are three ingredients used in this home remedy. Lemon juice to dissolve the stone, Olive oil to help the smaller stone move along and get flushed our, and cayenne pepper to heal the scratches on the tissues. The C pepper is very important. A few sprinkles of a good grade, organic, finely ground. I do a cup of each liquid, with the C pepper, three times a day, for a couple days, or until the pain goes away.

I had pain for months, thought it was uti, finally had a CT in ER two months ago that showed a 5 mm stone in my right ureter a couple of inches from my bladder. Scheduled a follow up with urologist but had to cancel as I have a child that is 2 and needs medical care. The pain would come and go. My frequency and urgency to urinate was the most bothersome. I finally realized I should try and pass this stone to avoid more appointments and surgery. Last night around 10 pm I mixed 2 oz extra virgin olive oil with 2 oz lemon juice. (the liquid squeeze kind, not fresh squeezed) I drank maybe ten to twelve teaspoons of the mixture and really didn't like the oil taste but it was tolerable. I was afraid of getting nauseous as I'm very prone to nausea and figured I would drink more in the morning. I passed my 5 mm stone at 9 am this morning! I must add that I was also using a vibrating back massager on my abdomen and back as I had also read that helps pass stones. I really feel like the lemon juice/olive oil was what caused the stone to pass. It had been in the same place for a long time and today it's out!! I'm so relieved!

Yes, the lemon juice and olive oil works, took 26 days. Almost gave up. Ready for surgery during spring break, but thanks, it helps.

My husband last Tuesday had one 5mm stone stuck in his ureter, 4 smaller stones in his kidneys (2left -2 and 1 mm, 2 right both about 1 mm).

After 5 days of fresh lemon juice and olive oil, he had a ct scan today and thankfully, NO MORE STONES! None! Thank you all for your help.

The lemon juice and olive oil solution did not work for me. Perhaps I just couldn't stomach it long enough (I started to feel sick from the acid) but I got no results from it when I tried on my last stone (3mm).

Olive oil and lemon juice remedy for kidney stones: I did it every few hours and it worked. I used extra virgin Olive Oil and Lemon Juice, 2ozs of each. I was so happy no operation to remove it.

I've had ongoing back pain for a few weeks now and thought it was just a pulled muscle, that's until the pain got severely worse. With my husbands insistence I finally went to the emergency room yesterday. The CT scan showed that I have a 3 mm stone in each kidney. The pain meds they prescribed are not working, and I'm not getting any sleep. So, I decided to try a home remedy which led me to Earth Clinic. I took my first dose of lemon and olive oil mixture this afternoon ....and right now I'm PAIN FREE!!!! I can't believe it. Next dose, tonight before bed. I hope it helps me sleep through the night...stay tuned!
