I also use Hernicare with Spandex. I am also using KT Tape initially. I am near the end of my first bottle of Hernicare and my hernia has greatly reduced, no longer hurts, and 2 out of 3 days there is no visible sign of my hernia at all. I tried HerniCare in combination with a padded spandex brief. It took me about six months to fully recover. The protrusion was gone, so was the pain. View Entire Thread
