Sorry for misinforming the site. In long term I had zero results taking DIM for 30 days. The two days that I my hernia didn't come out in the morning were maybe for sitting a few hours and not standing up which is worse for inguinal hernias. DIM is not as strong as Fulvestrant. Mayby I will try the peptides which are mentioned in the comments in the following youtube video. But these peptides are nor for people who have cancer.
