3 to 4 Garlic Cloves daily eaten raw. Blood Pressure went back to normal from 180 / 110 for six months, after which I discontinued the garlic. Planning to restart since my BP has reached back to 180 / 110.

Fresh garlic has the tendency to lower blood pressure. One needs to eat just one clove daily.

The remedy I use is 4 celery sticks and 2 garlic pills or natural garlic per day. Watch the salt and caffeine intake. I also take a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning.

From personal experience, chopped garlic or pill form, and 1 or 2 bananas a day together with Omega 3, works very well.
