Hi,

I have just started on Reishi mushroom capsules, 1 per day. I must say that I have less stress, anxiety and feel happier and sleep better!

Can I ask if it affected your legs at all. My legs started to ache (but that could be lack of exercise - or sitting in an awkward position) I would love to hear from you or anyone else. ACV and Reishi seems a good combo. Do you take the 1tbs of ACV with water (and anything else)?

I am using a combination of Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tblsp each AM) and 2 Reishi Mushroom (1 mg total) capsules daily and at 52 my blood pressure numbers have never been so good. The Reishi also helps with sleep and anxiety.
